تأثیر ویژگیهای خاک و کاربرد کود دامی بر ویژگیهای رویشی و کیفی گیاه دارویی نعناع فلفلی (.Mentha piperita L)
سابقه و هدف: علاوه بر تأثیر وراثت بر ویژگیهای رویشی و کیفی گیاهان دارویی، بسیاری از عوامل محیطی نیز بر این ویژگیها تأثیرگذار میباشند. ویژگیهای خاک و بستر رشد گیاه از عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار بر چگونگی رشد و نمو و ماده مؤثره گیاهان دارویی هستند. با این وجود، تاکنون مطالعات اندکی پیرامون تأثیر ویژگیهای خاک بر ویژگیهای رویشی و کیفی گیاهان دارویی انجام شده است. از این رو، این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر ویژگیهای خاک و کاربرد کود دامی بر ویژگیهای رویشی و کیفی گیاه دارویی نعناع فلفلی انجام شد. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و بهصورت گلدانی انجام گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل سه سری خاک (سفیددشت، بلداجی و چهارمحال) از دشت شهرکرد استان چهارمحال و بختیاری و دو سطح کود دامی شامل شاهد (عدم مصرف کوددامی) و کاربرد کود دامی (147 گرم کود دامی پوسیده در گلدان، معادل 30 تن در هکتار) بود. ابتدا ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاکها تعیین گردیدند و پس از دوره کشت، ویژگیهای رویشی، عملکرد گیاه، درصد و عملکرد اسانس اندازهگیری شدند. یافتهها: نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تأثیر خاک، کود دامی و اثر متقابل آنها بر طول و عرض برگ، تعداد برگ در ساقه، ارتفاع ساقه، وزن تر و خشک برگ، وزن خشک ساقه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی و عملکرد اسانس در سطح احتمال 1 درصد در هر دو چین معنیدار شد. همچنین، مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که بین خاکهای مختلف از نظر صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنیدار وجود دارد. بهطوریکه فسفر قابل جذب، پتاسیم و منیزیم بیشتر و کربنات کلسیم معادل کمتر خاک سفیددشت موجب افزایش رشد، عملکرد بیولوژیکی و عملکرد اسانس در هر دو چین گردید. از سوی دیگر، کوددهی بر طول و عرض برگ، تعداد برگ در ساقه، وزن تر و خشک برگ، عملکرد بیولوژیکی، درصد و عملکرد اسانس نقش مثبت و معنیداری داشت. مقایسه میانگین اثرات متقابل خاک و کود دامی گویای آن است که بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیکی و عملکرد اسانس در هر دو چین در خاک سفیددشت و با کاربرد کود دامی حاصل شده است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که نوع خاک تأثیر عمدهای بر ویژگیهای رویشی و عملکرد اسانس نعناع فلفلی داشته است. از بین سه نوع خاک مورد بررسی، خاک سفیددشت بهترین پتانسیل و خاک بلداجی ضعیفترین شرایط را برای رشد و نمو و عملکرد نعناع فلفلی دارا میباشد. همچنین، نتایج گویای آن است که کاربرد کود دامی تأثیر مثبتی بر شاخصهایی مانند عملکرد برگ تازه، عملکرد برگ خشک، تعداد برگ در ساقه، عملکرد بیولوژیک، درصد اسانس و عملکرد اسانس داشته است. واژههای کلیدی: سری خاک، نعناع فلفلی، کود دامی، ویژگیهای رویشی، اسانس.

اثر کشت مخلوط سویا و بادرشبویه برکارایی جذب عناصر غذایی ضروری تحت سیستم کوددهی آلی و غیرآلی
سابقه و هدف: کشت مخلوط رشد دو یا چند گیاه به طور همزمان در یک مکان است و به عنوان روشی پایدارتر برای افزایش محصول در مقایسه با کشت خالص مطرح است. سیستم ریشهای گسترده و توزیع یافته و نیز معماری کارآمدتر آن در کشت مخلوط، ممکن است جذب و کارایی عناصر افزایش دهد. از سوی دیگر کاربرد کودهای آلی آلودگیهای محیطی را کاهش میدهد و منجر به بازچرخش طولانیتر عناصر در سیستمهای کشاورزی میشود. باتوجه به این موضوع، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی کارایی عناصرکشت مخلوط سویا- بادرشبویه تحت تغذیه کود دامی و کود شیمیایی اجرا شد. مواد و روشها: آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی شهرکرد در سال ۱۳۹۵ اجرا شد. پنج الگوی کشت شامل کشت خالص سویا، کشت خالص بادرشبویه و سه نسبت مخلوط این دو گیاه (۱:۱، ۲:۱ و ۱:۲) به عنوان فاکتور اول در دو منبع کودی (کودهای شیمیایی و کود مرغی) به عنوان فاکتور دوم ارزیابی شد. گیاه بادرشبویه و سویا به ترتیب در مرحله گلدهی و در مرحله رسیدگی برداشت شدند. غلظت عنصر نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، مس، آهن، روی و منگنز تعیین گردید. سپس جذب هر عنصر از حالضرب غلظت عنصر در عملکرد محصول محاسبه شد. عملکرد نسبی محصول و عملکرد نسبی عناصر در کشت مخلوط محاسبه شد. تجزیه واریانس داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SAS انجام شد و مقایسه میانگینها با آزمون LSD در سطح احتمال 5 درصد انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بیشترین جذب نیتروژن (59/10 گرم در متر مربع) و فسفر (79/1 گرم در متر مربع) به ترتیب در کشت خالص سویا و کشت خالص بادرشبویه تیمار شده با کود آلی بدست آمد که با نسبت مخلوط سویا: بادرشبویه (1:1) تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. بیشترین جذب پتاسیم، آهن، روی و منگنز به ترتیب با14، 253/0، 065/0 و 080/0 گرم در متر مربع در کشت خالص بادرشبویه تیمار شده با کود آلی بدست آمد. در حالی که برای مس بیشترین جذب (0135/0 گرم در متر مربع) در کشت خالص بادرشبویه حاوی کود آلی حاصل شد که با تیمار سویا: بادرشبویه (1:2) حاوی کود آلی اختلاف معنیداری نشان نداد. بیشترین عملکرد نسبی نیتروژن (04/1)، فسفر (09/1)، آهن (03/1) در سویا: بادرشبویه (1:1) تحت تغذیه کود آلی بدست آمد. بیشترین عملکرد نسبی پتاسیم (07/1)، مس (32/1)، منگنز (03/1) در تیمار سویا: بادرشبویه (1:2) تحت تغذیه کود آلی مشاهده شد. در این آزمایش، کود آلی از لحاظ جذب عناصر برتری معنیداری نسبت به کود شیمیایی داشت. علاوه بر این، کارایی جذب عناصر در الگوهای کشت مخلوط بالاتر از کشت خالص بود. نتیجهگیری: الگوهای کشت مخلوط به ویژه در شرایط کاربرد کود دامی، کارایی عناصر را افزایش میدهد. بنابراین افزایش کارایی جذب، نیاز به مصرف کودها در مزعه کاهش میدهد که علاوه بر آسیبهای زیست محیطی کمتر، در افزایش بهرهوری اقتصادی نیز سهیم میباشد

برهمکنش شوری و کادمیوم بر برخی صفات رویشی و فیزیولوژیک و جذب و تجمع سدیم و کادمیوم در ریشه و اندام هوایی خرفه
سابقه و هدف: شوری یکی از مهمترین تنشهای محیطی است که در مناطق خشک دنیا نظیر ایران تولید محصول را محدود مینماید. علاوه بر شوری، آلودگی فلزات سنگین در خاک و آبهای سطحی بهویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه افزایش یافته است که میتواند سبب کاهش عملکرد گیاهان زراعی نیز گردد. یکی از مهمترین نمکهای ایجاد کننده تنش شوری، کلرید سدیم است که اثرات بازدارنده آن بر رشد گیاه میتواند تحت تاثیر میزان کادمیوم خاک (و برعکس) قرار گیرد. خرفه یکی از قدیمیترین و متحملترین گیاهان به شوری در مناطق خشک است که مصارف دارویی و خوراکی دارد. دانش کافی در مورد واکنش خرفه به اثرات توام کلرید سدیم و کادمیوم خاک وجود ندارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی برهمکنش کلرید سدیم و کادمیوم بر صفات رویشی، فیزیولوژیک و جذب و تجمع سدیم و کادمیوم در ریشه و اندام هوایی خرفه میباشد. مواد و روشها: بهمنظور بررسی اثر سمیت کادمیوم و کلرید سدیم بر برخی صفات خرفه آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل و در چارچوب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار طراحی و در اتاقک رشد با دمای 18 و 25 درجه سلسیوس (شب-روز) اجرا شد. عاملهای آزمایش عبارت بودند از شوری حاصل از کلرید سدیم در چهار سطح (0، 1/23، 4/57 و 2/100 میلیمولار) و کادمیوم در پنج سطح (0، 5/0، 1، 2 و 4 میلیگرم بر لیتر) که به مدت 87 روز در محلول غذایی هوگلند اعمال گردیدند. بذور خرفه (توده محلی جیرفت) در بستر کوکوپیت پرلیت (2:1) در گلدانهای یک لیتری کاشته شدند و تا زمان سبز شدن استقرار گیاهچه با آب مقطر آبیاری شدند. آنگاه گیاهچهها به مدت 87 روز با محلول غذایی هوگلند همراه با مقدارهای محاسبه شده نمک و کادمیوم تیمار شدند. یافتهها: کاهش معنیدار زیستتوده اندام هوایی از 1/23 میلیمولار کلرید سدیم و 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر کادمیوم شروع شد. همچنین شاخص سبزینگی برگ با افزایش میزان کادمیوم در هر سطح کلرید سدیم کاهش یافت اما در شرایط بدون کادمیوم تا سطح 4/57 میلیمولار کلرید سدیم کاهش معنیداری نداشت. مشابه همین روند برای محتوای نسبی آب برگ نیز مشاهده شد به گونهای که کلرید سدیم بهتنهایی اثر کاهنده معنیداری بر آن نداشت اما در هر سطح کلرید سدیم مقدار آن با افزایش مقدار کادمیوم کاهش یافت. از سوی دیگر نشت یونی با افزایش میزان کلرید سدیم به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت اما بهجز در سطح 1/23 میلیمولار کلرید سدیم افزایش محتوای کادمیوم اثر مشخصی بر آن نداشت. محتوای سدیم اندام هوایی و ریشه با افزایش سطح کلرید سدیم بهصورت خطی افزایش یافتند اما در هر سطح کلرید سدیم و کادمیوم محتوای سدیم ریشه بسیار بیشتر از اندام هوایی بود. مشابه همین نتیجه برای محتوای کادمیوم ریشه و اندام هوایی نیز مشاهده شد. افزایش میزان کادمیوم بستر تا سطح 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر اثری بر محتوای سدیم اندام هوایی نداشت و تنها 4 میلیگرم بر لیتر کادمیوم سبب افزایش معنیدار آن شد. نتیجهگیری: اگر چه کلرید سدیم و آلودگی به کادمیوم سبب کاهش رشد گیاه خرفه شد اما بهنظر میرسد در این گیاه با انباشتگی مقدارهای قابل توجه سدیم و کادمیوم در ریشه از انتقال بیش از حد آنها به اندام هوایی و کاهش بیشتر رشد گیاه جلوگیری میشود.

ارزیابی خطر فلزات سنگین در خاکهای اطراف شرکت صنایع فولاد خوزستان
سابقه و هدف: فلزات سنگین جزء آلایندههایی هستند که با توجه به پایداری و دوام آن در محیط زیست، امروزه به یک معضل جهانی تبدیل شده اند. ورود این عناصر به زنجیره غذایی از روش های مختلف، تهدیدی جدی برای انسان و سایر موجودات می باشد. در اراضی کشاورزی واقع در اطراف مناطق صنعتی این تهدید جدی تر به نظر می رسد. لذا این پژوهش، با هدف ارزیابی خطر فلزات سنگین در خاک های اطراف شرکت صنایع فولاد خوزستان صورت گرفت. مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی اثر کودهای آلی بر غلظت عناصر سنگین در گیاه اسفناج و گشنیز در خاکهای آلوده طبیعی اطراف کارخانه صنایع فولاد خوزستان و محاسبه نسبت خطر (HQ) جهت ارزیابی سلامت غذایی این محصولات، آزمایشی فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تیمار فاصله از کارخانه صنایع فولاد (در سه سطح 100، 1000 و 10000 متر)، کود پیت (در دو سطح 0 و 3 درصد وزنی) و کود ورمی کمپوست (در دو سطح 0 و 3 درصد وزنی) با کشت دو گیاه آزمایشی اسفناج و گشنیز در سه تکرار انجام شد. مقدار عناصر روی، مس، نیکل، کادمیوم و سرب در نمونه های خاک به روش هضم با اسید (جهت برآورد مقدار کل)، عصاره گیری با DTPA و EDTA (جهت برآورد مقدار قابل دسترس) و در گیاه به روش خاکستر گیری تر انجام و با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی اندازه گیری شد. نتایج مربوط به خاک و گیاه به ترتیب برای محاسبه شاخص آلودگی خاک و نسبت خطر مورد استفاده و ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد با افزایش فاصله از 100 متر به 10000 متر، مجموع مقدار کل فلزات سنگین در خاک حدود 75 درصد کاهش می یابد که مؤید نقش مستقیم کارخانه صنایع فولاد در آلودگی زمینهای اطراف است. نتایج نشان داد کود های آلی با تاثیر بر تثبیت فلزات، خطر رها سازی آنها به محیط زیست را کاهش میدهند. با مقایسه اثرات دو کود نتایج حاکی از آن است که اثر کود پیت نسبت به کود ورمیکمپوست در جذب سطحی عناصر و در نتیجه کاهش انتقال فلزات سنگین به گیاه بیشتر بوده و اما ورمیکمپوست در افزایش وزن تر و خشک گیاه موثرتر عمل کرده است. نسبت خطر محاسبه شده برای عناصر سرب و کادمیوم بیشتر از حد مجاز بود، اما در مورد سایر عناصر در شرایط فعلی خطری وجود ندارد که علت آن را می توان اثر ویژگی های خاک بر عدم انحلال پذیری ترکیبات حاوی فلزات سنگین دانست. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به ارزش غذایی سبزیجات و اهمیت سلامت محصولات ارائه شده، استفاده از کودهای آلی جهت غنی سازی خاک ها علاوه بر افزایش کمیت، می تواند بر سلامت محصولات به ویژه در مناطق با تهدید آلودگی های زیست محیطی کمک نماید.

تأثیر باکتریهای محرک رشد و کاربرد کلرید سدیم بر رشد رویشی گندم و برخی از شاخصهایزیستی خاک
سابقه و هدف: تأثیر باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه بر افزایش عملکرد گندم اثبات شده است؛ با وجود این، تأثیر این باکتریها بر کیفیت زیستی خاک به ویژه در شرایط وجود تنش در خاک از جمله تنش شوری، کمتر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. لذا هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر این باکتریها بر بهبود شاخصهای زیستی خاک زیر کشت گندم و تحت شرایط تنش شوری بود. مواد و روشها: بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه بر برخی شاخصهای زیستی خاک و پارامترهای رشد گندم رقم گاسپارد در شرایط تنش شوری، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل شوری در چهار سطح: شاهد، 6، 8 و 10 (دسی زیمنس بر متر) و مایهزنی باکتری در سه سطح (مایهزنی بذر با سودوموناس فلورسنس، مایهزنی بذر با سودوموناس پوتیدا و بدون مایهزنی) بود. پس از پایان آزمایش (سه ماه)، پارامترهای عملکرد گیاه از قبیل حجم ریشه، ارتفاع گیاه، وزن خشک و وزن تر ریشه و ساقه گیاه اندازهگیری شد. همچنین شاخصهای زیستی خاک ازجمله کربن زیتودة میکروبی و نیز تنفس پایه و تنفس برانگیخته اندازهگیری شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش سطح شوری شاخصهای زیستی خاک و پارامترهای رشد گیاه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش کاهش یافت؛ اما کاربرد باکتریها باعث افزایش پارامترهای رشد گیاه شدند. مایهزنی بذر با سودوموناس فلورسنس و سودوموناس پوتیدا به ترتیب موجب افزایش 83% و 25% در حجم ریشه، 38% و 7% در وزن خشک ریشه، 52% و 50% در وزن تر ریشه نسبت به شرایط بدون مایهزنی در شوری 6 دسی زیمنس بر متر گردید. همچنین بیشترین کربن زیتوده میکروبی (1997 میلیگرم کربن میکروبی بر کیلوگرم خاک) در شرایط مایهزنی با باکتری سودوموناس پوتیدا در شوری 6 دسی زیمنس بر متر مشاهده شد. مایهزنی با باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس در شرایط بدون شوری توانست کربن زیتوده میکروبی خاک را از 987 به 1765 میلیگرم کربن میکروبی بر کیلوگرم خاک برساند. درتمام سطوح شوری، مایهزنی با هر دو باکتری موجب افزایش معنیدار تنفس پایه و برانگیخته نسبت به شرایط بدون مایهزنی شد. نتیجهگیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که حضور باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه، نه تنها پارامترهای رشد و عملکرد گندم را در شرایط تنش شوری افزایش میدهد، بلکه این باکتریها شاخصهای زیستی خاک از قبیل کربن زیتوده میکروبی، تنفس پایه و تنفس برانگیخته خاک را نیز بهبود بخشیده و از این طریق به طور غیر مستقیم شرایط رشد گیاه را بهبود داده و موجب افزایش عملکرد گیاه میشوند.

اثرات کاربرد اسید هیومیک بر بعضی ویژگیهای شیمیایی خاک، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم در یک خاک شور-سدیمی
سابقه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین دلایل کاهش عملکرد در خاکهای تحت تأثیر شوری، سمیت نمک، خصوصیات شیمیایی و فیزیکی نامناسب خاکها میباشد که میتواند اثرات عمیقی بر اکوسیستمهای زراعی بگذارد. برای افزایش تولید گیاه در خاکهای شور، روشهایی از جمله آبشویی، کشت گیاهان سازگار، استفاده از ارقام مناسب، روشهای بهزراعی، استفاده از مواد تنظیمکنندهی رشد گیاهی پیشنهاد شده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان تأثیر کاربرد ترکیبات حاوی اسید هیومیک بر رشد و عملکرد گیاه و ویژگیهای شیمیایی یک خاک شور-سدیمی انجام شد. مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی تأثیر اسید هیومیک بر خصوصیات شیمیایی خاک، رشد و عملکرد گندم رقم ارگ، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 4 تکرار بصورت کرتهای دو بار خرد شده (اسپلیت اسپلیت پلات) اجرا شد. سطوح شوری آب آبیاری (2 و 10 دسی زیمنس بر متر) در کرتهای اصلی، زمان مصرف کود هیومستر فود (مایع) کاربرد در اسفند، کاربرد در فروردین، کاربرد در هر دو زمان و بدون مصرف کود) در کرتهای فرعی و سطوح کود آلی پارس هیومیک گرانول جامد (0، 75 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در کرتهای فرعی فرعی بودند. قبل از کاشت و پس از برداشت محصول، از خاک مزرعه نمونهبرداری شده و مقدار یونهای سدیم، مجموع کلسیم و منیزیم، قابلیت هدایت الکتریکی عصاره اشباع، نسبت جذبی سدیم، واکنش خاک و درصد مادهآلی اندازهگیری گردیدند. در انتهای دوره رشد گیاه، ارتفاع، عملکرد اندام هوایی، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه و عملکرد دانه اندازهگیری شد و شاخص برداشت نیز محاسبه گردید. یافته ها: تجزیه واریانس داده های حاصل از آزمایش نشان داد که اثرات متقابل هیومسترفود و پارس هیومیک و اثرات متقابل شوری، هیومسترفود و پارس هیومیک بر وزن خشک اندام هوایی در سطح احتمال 5 درصد معنی دار گردید. تجزیه واریانس تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی بر ویژگی های مربوط خاک نیز نشان داد اثرات متقابل سطوح شوری و تیمارهای کود هیومسترفود و پارس هیومیک بر نسبت جذبی سدیم در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنی دار شد. مقایسه میانگین ها نشان داد مصرف کود آلی هیومستر فود در اسفند و فروردین، غلظت سدیم، مجموع کلسیم و منیزیم و نسبت جذبی سدیم را به ترتیب به میزان 3/37، 1/30 و 4/28 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد کاهش داد و باعث افزایش وزن خشک اندام هوایی گندم، به میزان 5/8 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد گردید. نتیجه گیری: توانایی اسید هیومیک موجود در کودهای حاوی اسید هیومیک، برای ایجاد تغییرات در غلظت کاتیون های تک ظرفیتی و دو ظرفیتی خاک و نهایتاً تغییر در نسبت جذبی سدیم خاک، نفوذ پذیری و نهایتا افزایش آبشویی خاک مطلوب بوده و کاربرد آنها در مناطقی که خاک ها محدودیت زهکشی ناشی از نسبت جذبی سدیم بالا دارند پیشنهاد میشود.

تاثیر باکتری های حل کننده فسفر بر جذب فسفر و برخی ویژگی های گندم
چکیده سابقه و هدف: فسفر در مقایسه با دیگر مواد مغذی ضروری، در بیشتر خاکها دارای تحرک و قابلیت دسترسی کمتر برای گیاهان است. اگر چه فسفر به اشکال آلی و غیر آلی در خاکها فراوان است، اما اغلب عامل مهم یا حتی محدود کننده اصلی برای رشد گیاه است. باکتریهای حل کننده فسفات دارای توانایی تبدیل فرم نامحلول فسفر به فرم قابل دسترس میباشند. استفاده از این باکتریها جذب فسفر توسط گیاه را افزایش میدهند. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر باکتریهای انحلال کننده فسفر در بهرهگیری گندم از فسفر خاک انجام شده است. مواد و روش: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تاثیر باکتریهای حل کننده فسفر بر جذب فسفر و برخی ویژگیهای گندم رقم چمران در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل در گلخانه بررسی شده است. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل چهار سطح باکتری (شاهد ، مایهزنی با انتروباکتر کلوآسه R33، مایه زنی با سودوموناس و مایه زنی با هردو باکتری) و سه سطح کود سوپرفسفات تریپل (صفر، 50 و 100 درصد) بودند. طی دوره آزمایش ویژگیهایی مانند ارتفاع گیاه و شاخص کلروفیل اندازهگیری شد. در پایان دوره کشت، وزن خشک ریشه و اندام هوایی و غلظت فسفر در ریشه و اندام هوایی اندازهگیری شد. مقدار جذب فسفر در ریشه، اندام هوایی و دانه نیز محاسبه شد. همچنین مقدار فسفر قابل جذب در خاک پس از عصارهگیری با بیکربنات سدیم اندازهگیری شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که اثرمتقابل باکتری و کود بر مقدار pH و فسفر قابل جذب خاک معنیدار است(p <0.01). کمترین مقدار pHو بیشترین مقدار فسفر قابل جذب خاک در تیمار دارای مخلوط دو باکتری به همراه100 درصد نیاز کودی فسفر مشاهده شد. پیامد اثرات متقابل باکتری و کود بر شاخص کلروفیل، وزن خشک اندام هوایی و غلظت و جذب فسفر در ریشه، اندام هوایی و دانه در سطح یک درصد و تاثیر ساده باکتری بر ارتفاع، وزن خشک ریشه و عملکرد دانه در سطح یک درصد معنیدار بود. نتیجهگیری: بیشترین غلظت و جذب فسفر در دانه و عملکرد دانه در تیمار مخلوط دوباکتری و 50 درصد نیاز کودی فسفر بهدست آمد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که اثرمتقابل باکتری و کود بر مقدار pH و فسفر قابل جذب خاک معنیدار است(p <0.01). کمترین مقدار pHو بیشترین مقدار فسفر قابل جذب خاک در تیمار دارای مخلوط دو باکتری به همراه100 درصد نیاز کودی فسفر مشاهده شد. پیامد اثرات متقابل باکتری و کود بر شاخص کلروفیل، وزن خشک اندام هوایی و غلظت و جذب فسفر در ریشه، اندام هوایی و دانه در سطح یک درصد و تاثیر ساده باکتری بر ارتفاع، وزن خشک ریشه و عملکرد دانه در سطح یک درصد معنیدار بود. نتیجهگیری: بیشترین غلظت و جذب فسفر در دانه و عملکرد دانه در تیمار مخلوط دوباکتری و 50 درصد نیاز کودی فسفر بهدست آمد.

اثر گونههای مختلف میکوریزا بر غلظت عناصر غذایی، عملکرد بوته و خاصیت آنتیاکسیدانی نعناعفلفلی تحت تنششوری
سابقه و هدف: شوری یکی از موانع و مشکلات کشت و توسعه در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک دنیا است. امروزه یکی از مشکلات اساسی در کشاورزی کمبود منابع آب شیرین و باکیفیت مناسب جهت آبیاری است. بهطورکلی گیاهان، طیف وسیعی از تنشهای محیطی را که نهایتاً منجر به بروز تنش اکسیداتیو در گیاه میشود، درک میکنند. مکانیسم مقاومت در برخی از تنشها بهصورت یک ارتباط درونی و نتیجه یک برنامهریزی هماهنگ و پیچیده است. همزیستی قارچ میکوریزا میتواند منجر به افزایش رشد و مقاومت به تنش شود. با توجه به گسترش فرهنگ استفاده از گیاهان دارویی همچنین گسترش وسعت اراضی شور برای استفاده بهینه از این اراضی، بررسی اثر شوری و چگونگی مقاومت نعناع فلفلی به آن الزامی است. مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی اثر همزیستی گونههای مختلف قارچ میکوریزا بر عملکرد بوته، خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک و اسانس گیاهان دارویی نعناع فلفلی تحت تنش شوری، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط گلخانهای انجام شد. سطوح شوری شامل: صفر، دو، چهار، شش و هشت دسیزیمنس بر متر و گونههای میکوریزا شامل Funneliformis mosseae و Rhizophagus irregularis و Glomus. versiform و تیمار شاهد (بدون میکوریزا) بودند. صفات اندازه گیری شده شامل عملکرد بوته، فنول کل، ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی و غلظت عناصر غذایی بودند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که همه صفات مورد مطالعه بهطور معنیداری تحت تأثیر اثر ساده و متقابل میکوریزا و تنش شوری قرار گرفت همچنین بیشترین میزان عملکرد بوته نعناع فلفلی و میزان عناصر نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم در تیمار تلقیح با گونه Rhizophagus irregularis و شرایط بدون تنش و کمترین مقدار پارامترهای اندازهگیری شده در تیمار شاهد (بدون میکوریزا) و شرایط تنش شدید مشاهده گردید. بیشترین میزان اسانس در تیمار شوری شش و هشت دسیزیمنس بر متر با میکوریزا R. irregularis (با میانگین 18/4 و 42/4 درصد) و شوری هشت دسی زیمنس بر متر با میکوریزا G. versiform (با میانگین 22/4 درصد) به دست آمد و کمترین میزان اسانس در شوری صفر دسی زیمنس بر متر با تیمار خاک (بدون میکوریزا) (با میانگین 29/0 درصد) بود. تیمار تلقیح با گونههای F. mosseae و G. versiform نسبت به شاهد برتری داشته اما اثرات آن نسبت به تیمار تلقیح R. irregularis R. irregularis کمتر بود. میزان جذب عناصر در گیاهان میکوریزای بیشتر بود که منجر به افزایش عملکرد بوته گردید. نتیجه گیری: میکوریزا از طریق همزیستی با گیاه و با گسترش میسیلیوم های خود در خاک، منجر به جذب بهتر فسفر از خاک توسط گیاه شد و در نتیجه باعث رشد و توسعه بهتر گیاه شده همچنین با افزایش جذب فسفر توسط گیاه، اثرات منفی تنش شوری را کاهش داد، همچنین در گیاهان میکوریزی غلظت پتاسیم نیز بیشتر از گیاهان غیر میکوریزی مشاهده شد و بدین ترتیب با افزایش نسبت پتاسیم به سدیم، همزیستی میکوریزی میتواند گیاه را در برابر اثرات منفی سدیم محافظت نماید. کاربرد هر سه گونه قارچ تأثیر بیشتری نسبت به عدم کاربرد روی کلیه صفات اندازه گیری نشان داد. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که کاربرد کودهای زیستی در بهبود عملکرد بوته کمی و کیفی نعناع فلفلی تاثیر مثبتی داشته و به نظر میرسد کودهای زیستی جایگزین مناسبی برای کودهای شیمیایی درجهت پایداری تولید و حفظ محیط زیست باشند. همزیستی میکوریزایی در خاکهای شور باعث افزایش مقاومت گیاه به شوری میگردد و میزان رشد و عملکرد بوته را در شرایط تنش بهبود می دهد..

بررسی تأثیر کامپوزیت اوره-پودر پوست میوه انار بر مقدار جذب فسفر، آهن و عملکرد دانه در ذرت
سابقه و هدف: استفاده از کودهای نیتروژنی به منظور افزایش عملکرد گیاهان زراعی امری اجتناب ناپذیر است. اما مصرف این کودها دارای مشکلات زیست محیطی متعدد از جمله آبشویی نیترات و ورود آن به آبهای زیرزمینی و هدر رفت نیتروژن به صورت نیتروز اکسید و ورود به اتمسفر است. یکی از راهکارهای مناسب جهت کاهش این هدررفت استفاده تلفیقی از پلیفنلهای گیاهی در اختلاط با کودهای نیتروژنه است. شواهد متعدد نشان میدهند که پلیفنولهای گیاهی میتوانند با کندرها کردن اوره و بهبود جذب آن، باعث کاهش هدر رفت نیتروژن از خاک شوند. علاوه بر آن، این ترکیبات میتوانند بر فراهمی زیستی سایر عناصر ضروری در خاک تأثیر مثبت داشته باشند. مواد و روشها: به منظور بررسی اثر کامپوزیت اوره- پودر پوست انار غنی از پلی فنل بر عملکرد دانه ذرت (سینگل کراس 704)، فسفر و آهن، طرح مزرعهای در قالب بلوک کامل تصادفی در سال 1393 با 7 تیمار در 3 تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس ابوریحان دانشگاه تهران انجام شد. تیمارهای مورد بررسی بر حسب (کیلوگرم بر هکتار) شامل: شاهد (بدون کود)،kg/ha 180 پودر پوست میوه انار، kg/ha 180 اوره، 180 پودر پوست میوه انار+ kg/ha 180 اوره (میکروکامپوزیت-به روش مکانیکی)، kg/ha 180 پودر پوست میوه انار+ kg/ha 180 اوره (میکروکامپوزیت–به روش شیمیایی)، kg/ha 180 پودر پوست میوه انار+ kg/ha 180 اوره (نانوکامپوزیت-به روش مکانیکی) و kg/ha 180 پودر پوست میوه انار+ kg/ha 180 اوره (نانوکامپوزیت-به روش مکانیکی-شیمیایی یا اکسترودر) بودند. صفات عملکرد دانه، میزان جذب آهن توسط برگ و دانه و غلظت فسفر برگ در زمان رسیدگی اندازهگیری شد گردید. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که تیمار اوره به تنهایی تاثیر معنیداری روی عملکرد دانه نداشت ولی تیمار پودر گیاهی غنی از پلی فنل به تنهایی و یا کامپوزیت های اوره/پودر گیاهی غنی از پلی فنل بطور معنیداری باعث افزایش عملکرد دانه، جذب آهن توسط برگ و غلظت آهن دانه نسبت به شاهد شدند. بیشترین میزان جذب آهن در تیمار ترکیب 180 پودر پوست میوه انار +180 اوره (نانوکامپوزیت-به روش مکانیکی-شیمیایی یا اکسترودر) و به میزان 54 میلی گرم بر متر مربع مشاهده شد که داری اختلاف معنیداری در سطح 5 درصد با تیمار شاهد و تیمار کاربرد 180 اوره بود. به نظر می رسد که خاک مزرعه از نظر آهن به حدی کمبود شدید داشته است که بر اساس قانون لیبیک، مصرف فقط نیتروژن بصورت اوره تاثیری روی عملکرد دانه نداشته است ولی پودر حاوی پلی فنل بعلت رفع این کمبود، توانسته جذب مقدار آهن توسط برگ و در نتیجه عملکرد دانه را بهبود ببخشد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که خاک مورد آزمایش بعلت فقر شدید آهن به مصرف اوره به تنهایی عکس العمل نشان نداد. ولی مصرف پودر گیاهی غنی از پلی فنل به تنهایی و یا بصورت کامپوزیت اوره/ پودرگیاهی غنی از پلی فنل باعث شد که با افزایش جذب آهن توسط برگ بطور معنی دار، عملکرد دانه را بهبود بخشد.

بررسی پالایش سیانید خاک با کاشت وتیور(Vetiveria zizanioides)
سابقه و هدف: سیانید یکی از مهم ترین آلاینده های خاک و محیط زیست است. در سال های اخیر محققان زیادی کاهش میزان سیانید را با روش های فیزیکی، شیمیائی و بیولوژی مورد بررسی قرار داده اند. گیاه پالائی یکی از روش های نوین برای کاهش و پالایش آلاینده های خاک و آب است .هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی توانایی پالایش آلودگی سیانید خاک توسط گیاه وتیور است. مواد و روش ها: برای ارزیابی اثربخشی گیاه پالائی گیاه وتیور در غلظت های مختلف سیانید، آزمایشی گلخانه ای در قالب طرح تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی در سال 1396 به اجرا در آمد . بعد از فراهم نمودن گیاهچه های وتیور (Vetiveria zizanioides) در گلدان های حاوی غلظت های مختلف سیانید کشت گردید. هفت تیمار با غلظت های مختلف در این آزمایش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت (میانگین میزان سیانید در خاک G، mg/kg 37/14 ، خاک F ، mg/kg 13/10 ، خاک E، mg/kg 09/8 ، خاک D، mg/kg 53/7 ، خاک C ، mg/kg 32/3 ، خاک B، mg/kg 52/2 و خاک A بدون سیانید (به عنوان شاهد)) . در دو دوره زمانی دو ماهه و چهار ماهه میزان سیانید کل خاک و گیاه با دستگاه تقطیر ، اندازه گیری گردید میزان طول گیاه ، برگ و ریشه ها نیز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و نتایج با نرم افزار SPSS15 و آزمون های توکی و تی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها : نتایج بیانگر آن است که افزایش میزان سیانید تاثیر معنی داری بر روی ویژگی های رویشی گیاه وتیور داشت بیشترین میزان طول برگ، ریشه و گیاه در تیمار A و کمترین میزان در تیمار G است و همچنین میزان سیانید در برگ ها و ریشه های گیاه وتیور افزایش یافته است البته با مقایسه میزان سیانید در دو ماه و چهار ماه نشان دهنده کاهش میزان سیانید با گذشت زمان در گیاه است و میزان سیانید در خاک تیمارهای مختلف از لحاظ میزان سیانید کاهش معنی داری داشت. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی نتایج این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که افزایش میزان سیانید در خاک منجر به تغییرات در خصوصیات و ویژگی های مورفولوژیکی گیاه وتیور (مانند طول گیاه ، طول ریشه و طول برگ ) می گردد و گیاه وتیور مقاومت بسیار بالائی نسبت به سیانید خاک نشان داده و با گذشت زمان میزان سیانید خاک کاهش و میزان سیانید در گیاه نیاز کاهش می یابد که بیانگر تجزیه سیانید توسط گیاه است .
