Thus, the effect of Azotobacter inoculum (Azotobacter chroococcum), mycorrhiza fungi (Glomus intraradaices) , zinc sulphate and urea on cadmium Convertation and growth parameters of fenugreek medicinal plant (Trigonella foenum gracum L.) in cadmium polluted soils were evaluated. This experiment conducted in randomized complete block design with three replications at the research greenhouse of Shahrekord University. Eight fertilizer treatments included control (without fertilizer), urea, urea+ zinc sulfate, urea+ Azotobacter , urea+ mycorrhiza, urea + zinc sulfate + Azotobacter , urea + zinc sulfate + mycorrhiza, urea + zinc sulfate + mycorrhiza + Azotobacter. The results indicated that the highest of plant height, leaf fresh weight and shoot fresh weight of the aboveground of fenugreek were obtained in urea+ Azotobacter but it didn’t have a significant difference with that of the urea + zinc sulfate + mycorrhiza. Also, the lowest cadmium concentration (0.09 mg/kg) was produced in urea+ Azotobacter and urea + zinc sulfate + mycorrhiza (P≤0.05). Appliction two biofertilizers sources plus zinc sulfate in compared to chemical fertilizer treatments had appropriate vegetative growth and fairly cadmium concentration. In conclusion, Azotobacter application for fenugreek production in addition to increase yield and can be effective in preventing of cadmium transmission in the human food regime as well as.}, keywords = {Azotobacter,Food chain,Heavy metal,Safe crop,mycorrhiza}, title_fa = {تأثیر ترکیب کودهای شیمیایی و زیستی بر میزان کادمیوم و پارامترهای رشدی گیاه دارویی شنبلیله در یک خاک‌ آلوده به کادمیوم}, abstract_fa = {گیاهان مهم‌ترین منبع ورود کادمیوم به زنجیره غذایی انسان هستند و این عنصر در رژیم غذایی ممکن است تهدیدی جدی برای سلامت انسان باشد. از این‌رو، تأثیر مایه تلقیح باکتری‌ ازتوباکتر (Azotobacter chroococcum )، قارچ همزیست میکوریزا ( Glomus intraradaices) و سولفات روی بر غلظت کادمیوم و پارامترهای رشدی گیاه دارویی شنبلیله (.Trigonella foenum gracum L) در یک خاک آلوده به کادمیوم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. این آزمایش در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهرکرد در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. هشت تیمار کودی شامل شاهد (عدم مصرف کود)؛ اوره؛ اوره + سولفات روی؛ اوره + ازتوباکتر؛ اوره + میکوریزا؛ اوره + سولفات روی + ازتوباکتر؛ اوره + سولفات روی + میکوریزا؛ اوره + سولفات روی+ میکوریزا+ ازتوباکتر بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار ارتفاع بوته، وزن تر برگ، وزن تر ساقه و وزن تر اندام هوایی با کاربرد ازتوباکتر + اوره حاصل شد ولی با تیمار میکوریزا + سولفات روی + اوره تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت. کمترین غلظت کادمیوم (09/0 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) نیز در تیمارهای ازتوباکتر + اوره و سولفات روی+ میکوریزا + اوره حاصل شد (0۵/0 P≤). کاربرد توأم دو منبع بیولوژیک به همراه سولفات روی در مقایسه با تیمارهای فقط دارای کودهای شیمیایی از رشد رویشی مناسب و غلظت کادمیوم نسبتاً پایینی برخوردار بود. به طورکلی کاربرد ازتوباکتر در تولید شنبلیله علاوه بر افزایش عملکرد می‌تواند در جلوگیری از انتقال کادمیوم به رژیم غذایی انسان نیز مؤثر باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ازتوباکتر,زنجیره غذایی,فلز سنگین,محصول سالم,میکوریزا}, url = {https://ejsms.gau.ac.ir/article_2034.html}, eprint = {https://ejsms.gau.ac.ir/article_2034_38ebe0b912dd83c0b29c57c9f0282962.pdf} }
