کاربرد بایوچار حاصل از لجن فاضلاب بر جزءبندی مس و روی در حضور کرم خاکی در خاک آلوده آهکی
سابقه و هدف: فعالیتهای انسانی از جمله استفاده از لجن فاضلاب بعنوان کود باعث تجمع بیش از حد فلزات سنگین در خاک میشود. تبدیل لجن فاضلاب به بایوچار یک روش بالقوه برای دفع آن و یک تکنولوژی مقرون به صرفه برای اصلاح خاکهای آلوده بدلیل کاهش دسترسی زیستی فلزات سنگین شناخته شده است. همچنین بهرهگیری از روشهای زیستی مانند استفاده از موجودات خاکزی از جمله کرمهای خاکی، روشی نو و امیدبخش برای بهسازی خاکهای آلوده میباشد. مطالعات مختلفی در مورد اثر بایوچار و کرم خاکی بر جزءبندی فلزات سنگین انجام شده است ولی تاکنون در مورد کاربرد توأم بایوچار و کرم خاکی بر جزءبندی مس و روی گزارشی ارایه نشده است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با بررسی تاثیر تغییر دمای گرماکافت و میزان کاربرد بایوچار بر جزءبندی فلز مس و روی و جذب این فلزات توسط کرم خاکی دریک خاک آهکی آلوده طبیعی از زمینهای اطراف معدن سرب و روی آهنگران انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کـاملاً تـصادفی با سه تکرار در شـرایط آزمایشگاه گروه علـوم خـاک دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان انجام شد. تیمار کرم خاکی گونهی ایزینیا فتیدا (Eisenia fetida) در دو سطح (با و بدون کرم خاکی) و بایوچار تولید شده از لجن فاضلاب در دو دمای 300 و 600 درجه سلسیوس در سطح (0 و دو، چهار و هشت درصد وزنی) به خاک آهکی آلوده اضافه گردید. در ظرفهای مربوط به تیمار کرم خاکی 12 عدد کرم خاکی به هر ظرف وارد شد و ظرفها در یک محفظه اقلیمی با 16 ساعت نور و هشت ساعت تاریکی در دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس به مدت 42 روز نگهداری شدند. اندازه گیری اجزاء فلزات مس و روی خاک از روش عصارهگیری پیدرپی استفاده شد. تحلیل آماری دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS وMSTATC و مقایسه میانگینها با آزمون چند دامنهای دانکن در سطح احتمال پنج درصد انجام شد.یافتهها: مطابق با نتایج تجزیه واریانس، فعالیت کرم خاکی در خاک تیمار شده با بایوچار تولید شده در دمای 300 درجه سلسیوس تاثیر معنیداری بر میزان فلز مس و روی در بخش تبادلی نداشت. درحالیکه در خاک تیمار شده با بایوچار تولید شده در دمای 600 درجه سلسیوس موجب کاهش میزان مس و روی بخش تبادلی و افزایش میزان مس و روی در بخش باقیمانده گردید. افزایش میزان کاربرد بایوچار موجب کاهش معنیدار میزان مس و روی در بخش تبادلی گردید؛ بطوریکه این کاهش در بایوچار تولید شده در دمای 600 درجه سلسیوس بیشتر مشهود بود. بنابراین فعالیت کرم خاکی در سطح هشت درصد بایوچار تولید شده در دمای 600 درجه سلسیوس موجب کاهش میزان مس بخش تبادلی از 331/0 به 256/0 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم نسبت به تیمار عدم حضور کرم خاکی گردید. میزان روی تبادلی از 24/1 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم در تیمار شاهد به 579/0 و 283/0 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم به ترتیب در تیمار هشت درصد بایوچار تولید شده در دماهای 300 و 600 درجه سلسیوس کاهش یافت. بدلیل تحرک کم فلزات در خاکهای تیمار شده با بایوچار، غلظت فلزات مس و روی در بدن کرم خاکی کاهش یافته و این روند در بایوچار تولید شده در دمای 600 درجه سلسیوس نسبت به بایوچار تولید شده در دمای 300 درجه سلسیوس در بخش تبادلی بیشتر بود. بنابراین فعالیت کرمهای خاکی در خاکهای تیمار شده با بایوچار میتواند موجب تغییر جزءبندی فلزات سنگین و درنتیجه تغییرشکل آنها از بخشهایی با تحرک بیشتر به بخشهایی با کمتحرک تر گردد.

تحلیل فرسایندگی بادهای ایستگاههای سینوپتیک استان کرمان با استفاده از گلباد، گلطوفان و گلماسه
چکیدهسابقه و هدف: فرسایش بادی یکی از مهمترین جنبههای تخریب اراضی در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک نظیر استان کرمان محسوب میشود. مهمترین عوامل فرساینده مؤثر در فرسایش بادی و تولید رسوب، جهت و سرعت باد هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تجزیه و تحلیل بادهای فرساینده بهمنظور تعیین جهت غالب بادهای طوفانزا و همچنین بررسی وضعیت و پتانسیل فرسایش بادی در مناطق مختلف استان کرمان در بازه 8 تا 11 ساله میباشد. مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش، دادههای 12 ایستگاه سینوپتیک استان کرمان طی یک دوره آماری 8 تا 11 ساله مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این راستا با استفاده از نرمافزار WR Plot View، تحلیل و رسم گلبادها و گلطوفانهای ایستگاههای منتخب استان انجام شد. از طرفی، گلماسههای ایستگاههای مورد مطالعه نیز با استفاده از نرمافزارSand Rose Graph 3 رسم و شاخصهای مختلف حمل ماسه و جهت حمل رسوب تعیین شد. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل گلباد سالانه استان کرمان نشان داد که بهطور کلی، در نیمه غربی استان، بادهای غربی و جنوب غربی و در نیمه شرقی، بادهای شمالی فراوانی بیشتری دارند. نتایج تحلیل گلطوفان گویای این مطلب بود که فرسایندهترین بادها در اغلب ایستگاهها عمدتاً از جهتهای غرب و جنوب غرب وزیده و تنها در ایستگاههای بم و شهداد از جهت شمال و در ایستگاه زرند از جهتهای جنوب غرب و شمال شرق وزیده است. طبق این تحلیل، ایستگاههای جیرفت، سیرجان و کهنوج بهترتیب با 9/94، 0/8 و 0/12 درصد بیشترین درصد فراوانی باد را در کلاسهای سرعت 7/6≥، 7/6 تا 7/7 و 7/7 تا 8/9 متر بر ثانیه به خود اختصاص دادند. در کلاسهای سرعت بالاتر یعنی 8/9 تا 8/11، 8/11 تا 9/13 و 9/13≤ متر بر ثانیه، ایستگاه رفسنجان بهترتیب با 9/10، 0/5 و 1/4 درصد، بیشترین فراوانی را در بین همه ایستگاهها داشت. تحلیل جهت بردار برآیند حمل ماسه (RDD ) نشان داد که جهت حرکت ماسه در ایستگاههای واقع در نیمه غربی استان عمدتاً بهسمت شرق و شمال شرق و در ایستگاه زرند از شمال غربی به جنوب شرقی و در ایستگاههای شهداد و بم از سمت شمال به سمت جنوب است. کمترین مقادیر کل توان حمل ماسه (DPt ) مربوط به ایستگاههای بافت و جیرفت بهترتیب با 398 و 400 واحد برداری و بیشترین مقدار آن متعلق به ایستگاه رفسنجان با 1665 واحد برداری بود. به جز ایستگاههای بافت و جیرفت که دارای قدرت فرسایشی متوسطی بودند، در سایر ایستگاهها قدرت فرسایش بادی بالا بود. تحلیل شاخص همگنی جهت باد (UDI ) نیز نشان داد که به استثنای دو ایستگاه جیرفت و زرند که بادها، دارای تغییرپذیری زیاد و چند جهته هستند در سایر ایستگاهها، تغییرپذیری بادها متوسط و دو جهته با زاویه منفرجه است.نتیجهگیری: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که هرچند تحلیل فرسایندگی باد اطلاعات ارزشمندی در خصوص وضعیت فرسایش بادی و حمل ذرات رسوب بدست میدهد، ولی برای تحلیل واقعیتر فرسایش بادی استان لازم است دادههای مربوط به سرعت آستانه فرسایش بادی و نیز فرسایشپذیری خاکها نیز مورد توجه و استفاده قرار گیرد.

برهمکنش کود شیمیایی فسفره و لجنفاضلاب بر قابلیت استفاده و شکلهای فسفر و شاخصهای ذرت (Zea Mays L.) در یک خاک آهکی
سابقه و هدف: کمبود فسفر قابلاستفاده یکی از مشکلات عمده در خاکهای ایران است. برای افزایش فسفر قابل جذب از کودهای شیمیایی استفاده میشود؛ در حالیکه کود فسفر مصرف شده در خاک با گذشت زمان به شکلهایی با قابلیت استفاده کم تبدیل میشود. برای افزایش کارایی کودهای فسفری میتوان از مواد آلی استفاده کرد. لجن فاضلاب حاوی مواد آلی و عناصر غذایی زیادی بوده و برای بهبود حاصلخیزی زمینهای کشاورزی و ارتقای عملکرد گیاهان به کار میرود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر برهمکنش کود شیمیایی فسفر و لجن فاضلاب بر قابلیت استفاده و شکلهای معدنی فسفر و شاخصهای ذرت (Zea Mays L.) در یک خاک آهکی بود.مواد و روشها: این تحقیق بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاٌ تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل فسفر (0 و 50 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم فسفر از منبع KH2PO4) لجن فاضلاب (0 و 1 درصد وزنی/وزنی) بود. خاکهای تیمارشده به مدت یک ماه در شرایط گلخانه 80 درصد ظرفیت مزرعه خوابانده شدند. ذرت (رقم سینگلکراس 704) در گلدانهای 3 کیلوگرمی در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهرکرد کشت شد. پس از دو ماه کشت، بخش هوایی برداشت و شاخصهای رشد ذرت (غلظت فسفر، وزن ماده خشک و جذب فسفر در گیاه ذرت) تعیین شدند. همچنین، پس از کشت از خاک گلدانها نمونهبرداری شد و در آنها شکلهای فسفر(فسفر محلول و تبادلی، فسفر متصل به آهن و آلومینیم، فسفر متصل به کلسیم، فسفر باقیمانده و فسفر آلی) و فسفر قابل جذب (اولسن و کلرید کلسیم 01/0 مولار) اندازهگیری شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که برهمکنش کود شیمیایی فسفره و لجن فاضلاب بر فسفر عصارهگیری شده با روش اولسن معنیدار نبود (05/0> p)؛ در حالیکه بر فسفر عصارهگیری شده با کلرید کلسیم معنیدار بود (05/0>p). نتایج نشان داد که با کاربرد 50 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم فسفر، فسفر عصارهگیری شده با روش اولسن و فسفر عصارهگیری شده با روش کلرید کلسیم بهترتیب 4/21 و 60 درصد افزایش یافت، در حالیکه با کاربرد یک درصد لجن فاضلاب فسفر عصارهگیری شده با روشهای اولسن و کلرید کلسیم بهترتیب 2/83 و 200 درصد افزایش یافت. اثر لجن فاضلاب بر همه شکلهای فسفر (بهغیر از فسفر باقیمانده) و اثر کود شیمیایی فسفره بر شکلهای فسفر معنیدار (01/0>p) بود. برهمکنش بین کود شیمیایی فسفره و لجن فاضلاب فقط بر فسفر متصل به کلسیم معنیدار بود (05/0>p). اثر لجن فاضلاب بر شکلهای فسفر بیش از اثر کود شیمیایی فسفره و برهمکنش آنها بود. نتایج نشان داد که با کاربرد 50 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم کود فسفر نسبت تیمار بدون کود فسفر، غلظت فسفر در ذرت و ماده خشک ذرت بهترتیب 2/8 و 9/25 درصد افزایش یافت (01/0>p). با کاربرد لجن فاضلاب غلظت فسفر در ذرت و ماده خشک گیاه بهترتیب 9/4 و 194 درصد نسبت به سطح صفر لجن فاضلاب افزایش یافت. برهمکنش کود شیمیایی فسفره و لجن فاضلاب بر ماده خشک ذرت معنیدار (05/0>p) بود. ماده خشک گیاه در تیمار یک درصد لجن فاضلاب همراه با کود فسفره نسبت به تیمار یک درصد لجن فاضلاب بدون کاربرد کود فسفره 5/32 درصد و همچنین نسبت به تیمار کود فسفره بدون کاربرد لجن فاضلاب 170 درصد افزایش یافت.نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که اثر کاربرد کود شیمیایی فسفره بر فسفر عصارهگیریشده با روش اولسن به کاربرد لجن فاضلاب در خاک بستگی نداشت. فسفر قابل استفاده با کاربرد لجن فاضلاب به میزان چشمگیری نسبت به کود شیمیایی افزایش یافت که میتواند به دلیل اثرات متفاوت تیمارها بر شکلهای فسفر خاک باشد. علاوه بر این اثر کود شیمیایی فسفره بر جذب فسفر به کاربرد لجن فاضلاب بستگی داشت.

بررسی تأثیر کودهای زیستی بر کیفیت، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دو رقم سیبزمینی (Solanum tuberosum)
سابقه و هدف:سیبزمینی یک محصول زراعی پر نهاده است که در ایران برای تولید آن کودهای حاوی نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم به مقدار بسیار زیاد مصرف میگردد. با این وجود عملکرد آن کمتر از پتانسیل آن در شرایط مطلوب است. در این سیستم کشاورزی پرهزینه و کمبازده، ریزجانداران مفید خاک میتوانند نقش مهمی در بهبود عملکرد و کاهش هزینه ایفا کنند. کیفیت خاک علاوه بر خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی، ارتباط بسیار نزدیکی با خصوصیات زیستی آن دارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات باکتریهای حلکننده پتاسیم، فسفات و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بر رشد سیبزمینی و افزایش تولید غده و ماده خشک و همچنین صرفهجویی در مصرف کودهای شیمیایی و تولید محصول سالمتر میباشد.مواد و روشها:این مطالعه در سال 1395 بهصورت آزمایش کرتهای خردشده در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل نه برنامه غذایی؛ باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات (فسفوپاورباکتر دایان)، باکتریهای حلکننده پتاسیم (پتاپاورباکتر دایان)، باکتریهای تثبیتکننده نیتروژن (نیتروباکتر دایان)، باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات بههمراه کود فسفاته (سوپرفسفات تریپل)، باکتریهای حلکننده پتاسیم بههمراه کود پتاسه (سولفات پتاسیم)، باکتریهای تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بههمراه کود نیتروژنه (اوره با 46 درصد نیتروژن)، باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات و پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن، باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات و پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بههمراه کودهای فسفاته، پتاسه و نیتروژنه و شاهد (بدون کود شیمیایی و بیولوژیک) بهعنوان کرت اصلی و دو رقم سیبزمینی (فونتانه، سانته) بهعنوان کرتهای فرعی بود.یافتهها:کاربرد همزمان باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات، پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن موجب تولید بیشترین شاخص سطح برگ در رقم فونتانه شد. در رقم سانته دو تیمار استفاده از باکتریهای تثبیتکننده نیتروژن و تیمار کاربرد همزمان باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات، پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بیشترین شاخص سطح برگ را تولید کردند. بیشترین میزان وزن خشک اندام هوایی در رقم فونتانه در تیمار کاربرد همزمان باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات، پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بهدست آمد. در رقم سانته تیمار کاربرد باکتریهای آزادزی تثبیتکننده نیتروژن همراه با کود شیمیایی نیتروژنه بیشترین وزن خشک اندام هوایی را تولید کرد. استفاده از باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات، پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بهطور همزمان باعث افزایش قابل توجه تعداد غده در بوته در هر دو رقم گردید. رقم فونتانه در تیمار مصرف باکتری حلکننده پتاسیم بههمراه کود سولفات پتاسیم بیشترین عملکرد غده قابل فروش را تولید کرد که نسبت به شاهد 37 درصد افزایش عملکرد داشت. بیشترین عملکرد غده قابل فروش در رقم سانته در تیمار کاربرد همزمان باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات، پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بههمراه کودهای شیمیایی فسفات، پتاس و نیتروژن به دست آمد که 36 درصد بیشتر از تیمار شاهد بود. بیشترین درصد ماده خشک، وزن مخصوص غده و درصد نشاسته در هر دو رقم در تیمار کاربرد تمام باکتریها بههمراه کودهای شیمیایی و کمترین مقدار این ویژگیها در تیمار شاهد حاصل شد. در رقم فونتانه تیمار استفاده از باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات بههمراه کود شیمیایی فسفاته کمترین مقدار قندهای احیاء کننده را تولید کردند. کمترین مقدار قندهای احیاء کننده در رقم سانته در تیمار استفاده از باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات حاصل شد. در رقم فونتانه تیمارهای کاربرد تمام باکتریها و در رقم سانته تیمار کاربرد باکتریهای تثبیتکننده نیتروژن بیشترین میزان مهار فعالیت رادیکال DPPH را دارا بودند. بیشترین و کمترین میزان فنول کل به ترتیب در تیمار شاهد و کاربرد باکتریهای حلکننده پتاسیم بههمراه کود سولفات پتاسیم با 75 درصد اختلاف مشاهده شد.نتیجهگیری:در مطالعه حاضر کاربرد کودهای زیستی در سیبزمینی نشان داد که این کودها قابلیت بهبود ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک، عملکرد و کیفیت را داشته و با مصرف کمتر کودهای شیمیایی عملکرد قابل قبولی تولید کنند. بهطور کلی مصرف همزمان باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات، پتاسیم و تثبیتکننده نیتروژن به همراه کودهای شیمیایی فسفات، پتاس و نیتروژن موجب تولید بیشترین عملکرد سیبزمینی شد.

بررسی تغییرات عناصر غذایی پرمصرف در پتانسیل اسمزی و ماتریک یکسان در سیستم های آبیاری کامل و بخشی ریشه ذرت
سابقه و هدف: تنشهای خشکی و شوری از مهمترین معضلات موجود در بخش کشاورزی و مدیریت خاک محسوب میشوند. این تنشها سبب تغییر در جذب عناصر غذایی توسط گیاه خواهد شد. تحت شرایط طبیعی، گیاه تحت تنش همزمان شوری و خشکی قرار میگیرد. با این حال مطالعات اندکی وجود دارد که به تفکیک، سهم هر یک از تنشها را بر تغییرات جذب عناصر غذایی در شرایط یکسان و برابر پتانسیل اسمزی و ماتریک تعیین مینماید. بنابراین این تحقیق اثر مقادیر برابر پتانسیل ماتریک و اسمزی بر روی تغییرات برخی از عناصر غذایی جذب شده و نسبت آنها را تحت سیستمهای آبیاری کامل و بخشی ریشه، در برگ و ریشه گیاه ذرت مورد بررسی قرار میدهد.مواد و روشها: آزمایشات با فاکتورهای نوع پتانسیل (اسمزی، ماتریک و توأم (مجموع اسمزی و ماتریک) و سطح پتانسیل (46/0-، 12/1-، 91/1- و 63/3- بار) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در شرایط گلخانهای بر روی گیاه ذرت در سه تکرار انجام شد. جهت اعمال تنش شوری و خشکی همزمان بر دو نیمه ریشه یک گیاه، از یک ساختار جداکننده به منظور جداسازی ریشه به دو بخش در گلدان استفاده شد. برای ثابت نگه داشتن مکش ماتریک گلدانها و زهکشی از تانسیومترهای دستساز استفاده گردید.یافتهها : بررسی تغییرات غلظت عناصر غذایی در برگ نشان داد که سیستم آبیاری بخشی ریشه در تیمار توأم، به ترتیب سبب کاهش 11و 7 درصدی غلظت N در سطح 12/1- و 19/1- بار نسبت به تیمار پتانسیل ماتریک در سطوح متناظر گردید. همچنین غلظت P برگ در سطح 91/1- بار در تیمار توأم نسبت به سطح پتانسیلی متناظرآن در تیمار پتانسیل اسمزی و ماتریک به ترتیب 87 و 83 درصد و در سطح 63/3- بار نسبت به سطح پتانسیلی متناظرآن در تیمار پتانسیل اسمزی و ماتریک به ترتیب 91 و 95 درصد افزایش داشت. این در حالی بود که غلظت عناصر N، K، K/Nو K/Ca جذب شده در ریشه، تحت تأثیر اثر متقابل نوع و سطح پتانسیل و K/Mg تنها تحت تأثیر نوع پتانسیل قرار گرفتند. در سیستم آبیاری بخشی نیز تغییرات معنیدار N، K، K/N و K/Ca در بخش تحت تاثیر پتانسیل اسمزی و مجموع Ca و Mg در بخش تحت تاثیر پتانسیل ماتریک نسبت به آبیاری کامل ریشه مشاهده گردید. نتیجهگیری: این بررسی نشان داد که در سطوح بالای پتانسیل اسمزی و ماتریک در تیمارهای توأم ، به علت وجود آب کافی در نیمی از ریشه، تغییرات عناصر غذایی جذب شده نسبت به تیمارهای مجزای اسمزی و ماتریک کم بوده و با کاهش سطوح پتانسیلی این تغییرات افزایش مییابد. در این حالت بیشترین تغییرات عناصر مربوط به بخش شوری از تیمار توأم میباشد. بنابراین کاهش سطح پتانسیل اسمزی در بخشی از ریشه در صورتی که با افزایش پتانسیل ماتریک در بخش دیگر ریشه همراه باشد میتواند سبب کاهش به همخوردگی تعادل تغذیهای گیاه گردد.

آلودگی عناصر سنگین در خاکهای توسعه یافته روی سنگهای آذرین و رسوبی شمال غرب آذربایجان غربی
سابقه و هدف: مقدار عناصر در خاک متأثر از مقدار آنها در ماده مادری و فرآیندهای ژئوشیمیایی و خاکسازی میباشد. مطالعات زیادی در مورد غلظت عناصر سنگین در مواد مادری مختلف و خاکهای تشکیل شده از آنها در دنیا انجام شده است. میانگین غلظت این عناصر در خاکها تا حد زیادی مشابه میانگین غلظت آنها در مواد مادری میباشد و تفاوت بین غلظت عناصر در مواد مادری و خاکهای تشکیل شده از آنها در شرایط طبیعی، نتیجه فرآیندهای خاکسازی میباشد. آلودگی خاک توسط فلزات سنگین در هر منطقهای متأثر از مکان و تقریباً دائمی است، در این مطالعه به بررسی مقدار عناصر کمیاب در خاکهای سطحی با مواد مادری متفاوت در شمال غرب آذربایجان غربی پرداخته شده است. مواد و روشها: غلظت برخی از عناصر کمیاب در 105 نمونه خاک سطحی از 8 توده سنگی مختلف در شمال غرب استان آذربایجان غربی (گرانیت، آندزیت، بازالت، اولترابازیک، مارن و ماسه سنگ، سازند قم، آهک و شیل) از موقعیت شیب پشتی و همچنین نمونههای سنگ پس از هضم با اسید نیتریک 5 نرمال توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی تعیین شد. از شاخص زمین انباشتگی (Igeo) برای تخمین آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین استفاده شد.یافتهها: بیشترین مقدار رس در خاکهای حاصل از آندزیت و بازالت و سپس سنگهای رسوبی مشاهده شد. در سنگ مادری آندزیت بیشترین مقادیر آهن (mg/kg 25/27231)، منگنز (mg/kg 730)، مس (mg/kg 5/28) و روی (mg/kg 25/50) کل مشاهده شد. بیشترین مقادیر نیکل (mg/kg 50/1937) کبالت (mg/kg 50/92) و کروم (mg/kg 786) در سنگ مادری اولترابازیک میباشد. بیشترین غلظت آهن کل در خاکهای توسعهیافته روی سنگ مادری اولترابازیک (mg/kg 42/22062) و کمترین مقدار در خاکهای توسعه یافته روی مواد مادری سازند قم (mg/kg 42/6885) مشاهده شد. غلظتهای زیاد منگنز در خاکهای توسعه یافته روی مواد مادری آذرین مشاهده شد. حداکثر غلظت مس کل در خاکهای حاصل از آندزیت (mg/kg 17/53) و حداکثر میانگین غلظت روی کل در خاکهای حاصل از سنگ گرانیت با mg/kg 75/67 مشاهده شد. بیشترین مقدار نیکل (mg/kg 1667)، کبالت (mg/kg 89/94) و کروم ( mg/kg09/304) در خاکهای توسعه یافته روی مواد مادری اولترابازیک مشاهده شد. همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری بین غلظت آهن، منگنز، مس، نیکل، کبالت، و کروم در سطح احتمال یک درصد و برای روی در سطح احتمال 05/0 درصد در خاک و مواد مادری مشاهده شد. نتیجهگیری: مواد مادری منشاء مهم ورود عناصر کمیاب در خاکهای منطقه میباشد و آلودگی آهن در خاکهای منطقه با توجه به مقدار آهن در خاکهای جهانی مشاهده نشد، ولی برخی از خاکها به عنصر منگنز آلودهاند. همچنین بیشتر خاکهای منطقه به عنصر نیکل و حدود نیمی از خاکها به عناصر کروم و کبالت طبق استاندارد خاکهای ایران آلودهاند.

تعیین شکلهای شیمیایی مس و ارتباط آنها با پاسخهای نهالهای پسته و ویژگیهای خاک در برخی خاکهای آهکی رفسنجان
سابقه و هدف: شناخت شکلهای شیمیایی مختلف مس در ارزیابی وضعیت قابلیت استفاده مس خاک و نیز مدیریت حاصلخیزی خاک و تغذیه گیاه حائز اهمیت است. قابلیت استفاده مس برای گیاه به توزیع نسبی شکلهای شیمیایی مختلف آن بستگی دارد. توزیع شکلهای شیمیایی مس در خاک تابعی از خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک از جمله مقدار ماده آلی، میزان آهک، پهاش، مقدار رس و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی میباشد. روشهای عصارهگیری دنبالهای یکی از راههای تخمین شکلهای شیمیایی عناصر میباشد که بهعنوان کاملترین روش توصیفی رفتار کلی فلزات در خاک نام برده میشود. تحقیق حاضر، به منظور تعیین شکلهای شیمیایی مختلف مس در خاکهای آهکی رفسنجان، ارتباط این شکلها با یکدیگر و با ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاکهای مورد مطالعه و همچنین رابطه شکلهای شیمیایی مس با پاسخهای گیاهی (پارامترهای رشدی و غلظت و جذب مس) نهالهای پسته انجام شد.مواد و روشها: شکلهای تبادلی، جذبی، آلی، کربناتی و باقیمانده مس در 11 نمونه از خاکهای آهکی رفسنجان با ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی متفاوت قبل و بعد از کشت نهالهای پسته رقم بادامی ریز زرند با استفاده از روش عصارهگیری دنبالهای اسپوزیتو و همکاران تعیین شد. آزمایش در شرایط گلخانهای در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی بر روی 11 نمونه خاک مختلف در سه تکرار و هر تکرار در سه مشاهده در گلدانهای حاوی 4 کیلوگرم خاک انجام شد. پس از 8 ماه، گیاهان برداشت شدند و خاک هر گلدان هوا خشک و شکلهای شیمیایی مس با روش ذکر شده و غلظت مس نمونههای گیاهی توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی اندازهگیری شد.یافتهها: نتایج عصارهگیری دنبالهای نشان داد در نمونههای خاک قبل و بعد از کشت بهترتیب مقدار مس تبادلی و مس جذب شده ناچیز، مس متصل به مواد آلی 1/9 و 6/17 درصد، مس متصل به کربناتها 8/9 و 8/20 درصد و مس باقیمانده 80 و 4/61 درصد مجموع شکلهای اندازهگیری شده را تشکیل میدهد. مقدار مس در بخش باقیمانده بعد از کشت بهطور معنیداری کاهش پیدا نمود و مقدار مس آلی و کربناتی بهطور معنیداری افزایش یافت. بالاترین همبستگی معنیدار شکلهای شیمیایی مس با پارامترهای گیاهی در نمونههای خاک بعد از کشت بین مس متصل به کربناتها با غلظت مس ساقه (**542/0 =r) مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری: مس متصل به مواد آلی و مس متصل به کربناتها با وجود اینکه دارای فراهمی نسبتاً کمی است اما میتواند در تأمین مس مورد نیاز گیاه نقش مهمی ایفا کند. بهطور کلی، الگوی توزیع شکلهای شیمیایی مس در نمونههای خاک بهصورت زیر بود: مس جذب شده< مس تبادلی < مس متصل به مواد آلی< مس متصل به کربناتها< مس باقیمانده

تأثیر کود دامی و بیوچار آن بر جذب و آبشویی متریبیوزین در یک خاک شن لومی
سابقه و هدف: افزایش حضور آفت کش ها در منابع آب های زیرزمینی، این مساله را به یکی از مهمترین موضوعات مورد بحث جهان تبدیل نموده است. آلودگی آب های زیرزمینی نه تنها سلامت انسان را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد بلکه هنگامی که برای آبیاری گیاهان استفاده می شود می تواند به عنوان منبع آلودگی زنجیره غذایی عمل کند، به همین جهت گزینش راهبردهای مدیریتی با توجه به شناخت عوامل موثر بر سرنوشت آفتکشها در خاک بسیار ضروری است. مواد و روشها : در این تحقیق مواد اصلاح کننده آلی ( کود دامی و بایوچار ) در سطح یک درصد به خاک اضافه شد و تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایش خاک (T)، خاک + کود دامی (TM)، خاک + بایوچار (TB) بر جذب، و آبشویی آفتکش متری بیوزین مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. آزمایش جذب با روش پیمانه ای (Batch) و آزمایش آبشویی با روش ستونهای خاک در شرایط رطوبتی اشباع و غیر اشباع با دو تکرار انجام گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد جذب سطحی علفکش متریبیوزین در تیمار TM و TB نسبت به تیمار خاک بالاتر بود همدمای جذب سطحی آفتکش در تیمارهای آزمایش با مدل فروندلیچ مطابقت داشت و ثابت فروندلیچ (Kf) آفتکش متربیوزین برای تیمارهایT، TM و TB به ترتیب برابر ۱.۲، ۲.۳ و ۲.۶ بود که در تیمارهای TM و TB حدود ۷۰ درصد بالاتر از تیمار شاهد بود. ضریب کربن آلی نرمال شده (Koc) آفتکش متربیوزین در تیمارهای TM و TB بیشتر بود. بر اساس آنالیز آماری داده های آزمایش همبستگی مثبت و معنی داری بین ضریب جذب (Kf) با کربن آلی تیمارها مشاهده شد (r=0.99) که این رابطه در تیمار کود دامی و بایوچار معنی دار بوده است (p <0.05). براساس نتایج آزمایش آبشویی، کاربرد کود دامی و بایوچار در سطح یک درصد در خاک سبب کاهش حرکت رو به پایین آفتکش متزیبیوزین و ماکزیمم غلظت آن در زه آب شد. میزان کل آفتکش بازیابی شده در تیمارهای TB,TM,T به ترتیب برابر ۷۷، ۵۰ و ۴۷ درصد میزان اولیه آفتکش کاربردی بود. همچنین ماکزیمم آفت کش بازیابی شده در شرایط غیر اشباع در تیمار خاک (T) ۲۷ درصد، در تیمار بیوچار(TB) ۱۰ درصد و در تیمار کود دامی (TM) ۱۳ درصد نسبت به شرایط اشباع کاهش داشته است. نتیجه گیری کلی : این مطالعه نشان داد استفاده از اصلاح کننده کود دامی و بایوچار سبب افزایش جذب سطحی و کاهش حرکت و آبشویی آفتکش متربیوزین در ستونهای خاک نسبت به خاک بدون مواد اصلاح کننده شد افزایش جذب و کاهش آبشویی آفتکش درتیمار بایوچار بیشتر بود که با توجه به جدید بودن کاربرد بایوچار ، می توان از مزایای آن در سطح استان و توسعه پایداری در کشاورزی کشور بهره جست. درک بهتر مزایای کاربرد بیوچار نیازمند بررسی های دراز مدت و مستمر در مباحث زراعی و زیست محیطی می باشد.

چکیدهسابقه و هدف: در سالهای اخیر استفاده از روشهای خاکورزی حفاظتی در دنیا بسیار مورد توجه قرار گرفته و استفاده از روش خاکورزی مرسوم در برخی از نقاط دنیا منسوخ شده است. سیستمهای خاک- ورزی حفاظتی معمولا در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک اجرا میشود. در مناطق نیمه خشک کلید افزایش تولید گیاهان زراعی به حداکثر رساندن نفوذ آبهای سطحی است. بعلاوه، تکنیکهایی که منجر به کاهش تبخیر از خاک در هنگام خشکی و افزایش مقدار آب در دسترس گیاهان میشود، بسیار حائز اهمیت میباشند. روشهای مرسوم خاکورزی با افزایش هزینههای انرژی، موجبات فرآیندهای تخریب و تحلیل منابع آب و خاک را فراهم میکنند و دراز مدت روی ویژگیهای خاک اثر نامطلوب میگذارد و سبب تشکیل لایههای سخت میگردد. سهم متابولیک و سهم میکروبی از جمله شاخصهای اکوفیزیولوژیک هستند که برای تعیین وضعیت میکروبی خاک مورد ارزیابی قرار میگیرند.مواد و ورشها: این تحقیق در سال 1394 به منظور بررسی اثر سیستمهای مختلف خاکورزی بر فعالیتهای زیستی خاک در استان گلستان اجرا شد. در این مطالعه در مرحله اول سه منطقه از استان گلستان در حوزه گرگانرود و در شهرستانهای گنبد، کردکوی و بندرگز انتخاب شدند. از هر کدام از این مدیریتها تعداد 30 نمونه از عمق 0-30 سانتیمتری گرفته پس از آن خصوصیات بیولوژیکی خاک از قبیل تنفس میکروبی خاک، بیوماس میکروبی، فعالیت آنزیمهای اورهآز، آلکالین فسفاتاز، اسید فسفاتاز، دهیدروژناز و سلولاز اندازه گیری شد. آزمایش به صورت بلوکهای کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثر تیمار خاکورزی در سه منطقه گنبد، کردکوی و بندرگز بر صفات تنفس میکروبی، فسفاتاز قلیایی، فسفاتاز اسیدی، اوره آز، سلولاز و دهیدروژناز معنیدار شد، ولی در منطقه گنبد بر زیست توده میکروبی اثر معنی داری نداشت. نتایج مقایسه میانگین دادهها نشان داد فعالیت بیولوژیکی خاک در سه منطقه مورد مطالعه تحت تأثیر سیستمهای مختلف خاکورزی قرار گرفت. در هر سه منطقه مورد مطالعه میزان تنفس در سیستم شخم مرسوم بیشتر از سیستم بدون شخم و شخم حفاظتی بود. در حالی که در سیستم بدون شخم به دلیل کاهش تجزیه مواد آلی میزان زیست توده میکروبی بیشتر از دو سیستم دیگر بود. با توجه به اینکه در مناطق مختلف میزان فعالیت آنزیمی در سیستمهای مختلف با هم اختلافاتی داشت ولی نتایج نشان داد که میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای فسفاتاز قلیایی و اسیدی، اورهآز و سلولاز در منطقه گنبد در سیستم حفاظتی از دو سیستم دیگر بیشتر بود در حالی که در منطقه کردکوی فعالیت این آنزیمها در سیستم حفاظتی کمتر از دو سیستم دیگر بود. در دو منطقه کردکوی و بندرگز نیز میزان فعالیت آنزیم دهیدروژناز در سیستم شخم حفاظتی بیشتر از دو سیستم دیگر بود در حالی که در منطقه گنبد میزان فعالیت این آنزیم در سیستم بدون شخم بیشتر از دو سیستم دیگر بود. نتیجهگیری: سیستمهای خاکورزی مختلف بر میزان فعالیت بیولوژیکی و آنزیمی خاک اثر دارند که این فعالیت نیز وابسته به منطقه بود به طوری که بیوماس میکروبی خاک با کاهش میزان رطوبت و مواد آلی خاک کاهش یافت. همچنین با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه مشخص شد که سیستم شخم مرسوم از نظر فعالیتهای بیولوژیکی و آنزیمی خاک در هر سه منطقه به خصوص منطقه گنبد کارایی کمتری داشته و سیستمهای بدون شخم و حفاظتی دارای کارایی بیشتری بودند هر چند که در مناطق مختلف این وضعیت متفاوت بود. واژههای کلیدی: خاکورزی، فعالیت آنزیمی، شخم حفاظتی و مواد آلی
