ارزیابی و پهنهبندی شاخصهای کیفیت تجمعی و نِمِرو خاک و ارتباط آنها با عملکرد گل محمدی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان بردسیر، استان کرمان)
سابقه و هدف: ارزیابی کیفیت خاک اراضی کشاورزی، امری ضروری برای موفقیتهای اقتصادی و پایداری محیط زیست در مناطق در حال توسعه میباشد. در حال حاضر انواع بسیار زیادی از روشها برای ارزیابی کیفیت خاک استفاده میشوند که هر کدام معیارهای متفاوتی را بهکار میگیرند. با توجه به اینکه شهرستان بردسیر یکی از مهمترین قطبهای تولیدکننده گل محمدی در استان کرمان و ایران میباشد و نظر به اهمیت ارزیابی کیفیت خاک بهعنوان شاخصی از کشاورزی پایدار و بهرهبرداری بهینه از منابع طبیعی، در این پژوهش، کیفیت خاک در بخشی از اراضی کشتشده گل محمدی با استفاده از شاخص کیفیت خاک تجمعی (IQI) و شاخص کیفیت خاک نمرو (NQI) در ترکیب با دو روش انتخاب معیار کل مجموعه دادهها (TDS) و حداقل مجموعه دادهها (MDS) برای دو عمق 25-0 و 50-25 سانتیمتری ارزیابی شد.مواد و روشها: برای اجرای این تحقیق مزرعهای به مساحت 30 هکتار در شهرستان بردسیر در استان کرمان انتخاب شد. سپس موقعیت 100 محل برای اندازهگیری ویژگیهای خاک (عمق 25-0 و 50-25 سانتیمتر) و عملکرد گیاه مشخص و نمونهبرداری صورت گرفت. با استفاده از روش تجزیه مولفههای اصلی (PCA) از میان کل ویژگیهای موثر بر کیفیت خاک، مهمترین ویژگیهای موثر بـر کیفیـت خاک (MDS) تعیین شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در عمق اول متغیرهای ماده آلی، شن، منگنز، کربنات کلسیم معادل، روی و مس و در عمق دوم هم متغیرهای شن، پتاسیم، کربنات کلسیم معادل، روی، فسفر، سنگریزه و منگنز بهعنوان مجموعه حداقل دادهها انتخاب شدند. سپس کیفیت خاک، بـا اسـتفاده از دو مـدل شـاخص تجمعی کیفیت خاک (IQI) و شاخص کیفیت خاک نمرو (NQI) و هر کدام در دو مجموعهی ویژگیهای خاک TDS و MDS ارزیـابی شـد و نتایج چهار روش ترکیبی ارزیابی کیفیت خاک مزبور از طریق مقایسه با عملکرد گل محمدی آنالیز شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که ضریب همبستگی بین شاخصهای IQITDS و IQIMDS و بین NQITDS و NQIMDSدر عمق 25-0 سانتیمتر بهترتیب برابر با 85/0 و 79/0 بود. همچنین ضریب همبستگی بین شاخصهای IQITDS و IQIMDS و بین NQITDS و NQIMDSدر عمق 50-25 سانتیمتر بهترتیب برابر با 75/0 و 77/0 بهدست آمد. تجزیه زمینآماری شاخصهای کیفیت خاک نشان داد که تمامی شاخص-های بررسی شده خاک و عملکرد گل محمدی، دارای مدل کروی و ساختار مکانی قوی و متوسط میباشند. دامنه تأثیر تغییرنماها از 33/119 متر برای شاخص IQITDS در عمق دوم تا 8/151 متر برای شاخص NQITDS در عمق اول در نوسان بود. همچنین دامنه تأثیر عملکرد گل محمدی، 16/122 متر بهدست آمد. همبستگی نقشههای کریجینگ عملکرد گل محمدی و شاخصهای کیفیت خاک نشان داد که در هر دو عمق مطالعاتی، بیشترین همبستگی بین عملکرد و شاخص IQITDS میباشد. همچنین، نتایج همبستگی بین شاخصهای کیفیت خاک و عمکلرد گل محمدی نشان داد که شاخص IQITDS نسبت به سایر شاخصهای همبستگی بالاتری با عملکرد دارد. نتیجهگیری: این نتایج نشان داد که شاخص کیفیت تجمعی (IQI) بهویژه در مجموعه TDS، کارایی بهتری برای ارزیابی کیفیت خاک منطقه مورد مطالعه دارد. همچنین، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد هرچند استفاده از مجموعه TDSدر تعیین شاخصهای کیفیت خاک نتایج بهتری ارائه میکند، اما بهدلیل همبستگی نسبتاً خوب این مجموعه با مجموعه دادههای حداقل (MDS) این امکان وجود دارد که با استفاده از MDS نیز بتوان شاخصهای کیفیت خاک مزارع گل محمدی در منطقه را با دقت مناسبی تعیین کرد که این کار موجب کاهش حجم مطالعات و هزینه میشود. با این حال، اگر هدف از ارزیابی کیفیت خاک، رسیدن به عملکرد بهینه و مطلوب باشد، استفاده از شاخص IQITDS بهدلیل همبستگی بیشتر این شاخص با عملکرد گل محمدی، کارایی بهتری دارد.

اثر ورمیکمپوست غنیشده با باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات بر فراهمی فسفر، pH و شاخصهای زیستی در یک خاک آهکی
سابقه و هدف: کمبود فسفریکی از مشکلات عمده خاکهای آهکی است. یکی از راههای مؤثر و اقتصادی افزایش فراهمی فسفر افزودن کودهای آلی به خاک است. از مطلوبترین مواد آلی و کودهای زیستی موجود، کود ورمیکمپوست را میتوان نام برد اما مصرف زیاد ورمیکمپوست برای رسیدن به عملکرد مطلوب و همچنین دارا بودن فسفاتهای نامحلول آلی از محدودیتهای کاربرد ورمیکمپوست میباشند. یکی از راههایی که محدودیتهای فوق را تعدیل میبخشد و اثربخشی ورمیکمپوست را افزایش میدهد، غنیسازی آن با باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه بهویژه با باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات میباشد.مواد و روشها: نمونه ورمیکمپوست در مرکز تحقیقات ورمیکمپوست دانشگاه تهران تهیه شد. تعداد 18 جدایه که دارای توان انحلال فسفاتهای نامحلول معدنی و آلی بودند جداسازی گردید و درنهایت دو جدایه B53 و B22 که دارای توان بالای انحلال فسفات نامحلول بودند خالصسازی و شناسایی شد. آزمایش انکوباسیون در قالب طرح اسپیلیت پلات بر مبنای زمان بهمنظور بررسی غنیسازی ورمیکمپوست با باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات بر افزایش فراهمی فسفر قابلدسترس، pH و شاخص های زیستی شامل: تنفس میکروبی، فعالیت آنزیم های فسفاتاز قلیایی و دهیدروژناز، در گلدانهای حاوی 4 کیلوگرم خاک با 5 تیمار شامل T1: ورمیکمپوست (6%) + (B53)؛ T2: ورمیکمپوست (6%)+ (B22)؛ T3: شاهد مثبت (کود سوپر فسفات تریپل به میزان 50 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم)؛ T4: ورمیکمپوست (6%) و T5: شاهد منفی (خاک بدون ورمیکمپوست و باکتری) در 3 تکرار طراحی و اجرا گردید و در زمانها شروع انکوباسیون و 30 روز پس از آن، اثر تیمارها بر مقدار فسفر قابلدسترس، pH و شاخصهای زیستی اندازهگیری شد.یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از توالی ژنی 16S rRNA نشان دادند که جدایه شماره 22 با 99 درصد شباهت به گونه Serratia marcescens و جدایه شماره 53 با 98 درصد شباهت به گونه Pseudomonas aeruqinosa تعلق دارند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از ورمیکمپوست غنیشده با باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات (T1 و T2) نسبت به تیمار شاهد (T4) سبب افزایش معنیدار فسفر قابلدسترس (به ترتیب 59 و 100 درصد)، تنفس میکروبی خاک (58 و 61 درصد)، فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز قلیایی (34 و 41 درصد)، فعالیت آنزیم دهیدروژناز (103 و 133 درصد) و کاهش pH (70/4 و 40/5 درصد) گردید. با توجه به نتایج نهایی هر دو باکتری توانستند شاخصهای زیستی و فراهمی فسفر را افزایش دهند.نتیجهگیری: کاربرد ورمیکمپوست غنیشده با باکتریهای حلکننده فسفات (T1 و T2) سبب افزایش فراهمی فسفر قابلدسترس، تنفس میکروبی، فعالیت آنزیم فسفاتاز قلیایی، فعالیت آنزیم دهیدروژناز و کاهش pH خاک شد این در حالی است که تیمار غنیشده با باکتری Serratia marcescens (T2) توانایی بیشتری در افزایش فراهمی فسفر و شاخصهای زیستی داشت. نتایج نشان داد که غنیسازی ورمیکمپوست با باکتری حلکننده فسفات میتواند جایگزین مناسبی برای کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی فسفات و بهعنوان یک استراتژی مناسب در مدیریت بهتر ورمیکمپوست در خاکهای آهکی در آینده باشد.

شناسایی مولکولی برخی از ریزجانداران محرک رشد گیاهی و بررسی تأثیر آنها بر برخی از شاخصهای رشدی گندم
سابقه و هدف: گندم یکی از با اهمیتترین محصولات غذایی است. در کشاورزی نوین بدلیل افزایش جمعیت و تأثیر منفی استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی از قبیل آلودگیهای زیست محیطی و به خطر افتادن سلامتی انسان به کارگیری روشهای مناسب از قبیل تولید کودهای زیستی که چنین خطراتی را نداشته باشد ضروری بنظر میرسد. قارچها و باکتریهای افزایش دهنده رشد گیاه استفاده شده در کودهای زیستی ریزجانداران مفیدی هستند که با سازوکارهای متفاوت به صورت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم باعث افزایش رشد، عملکرد و مقاومت گیاهان در برابر تنشهای زنده و غیر زنده میشوند. با اینکه در سالهای اخیر کودهای زیستی مورد توجه بیشتری قرار گرفتهاند اما عدم شناسایی دقیق ریزجانداران استفاده شده در تولید این نوع از کودها یکی از مشکلات کودهای زیستی در ایران است. عدم شناسایی دقیق گونه ممکن است بدلیل نقصان روشهای ریختشناسی و یا بیوشیمیایی در قارچها و باکتریها باشد. بنابر این هدف از انجام این تحقیق، شناسایی مولکولی جدایههای قارچی و باکتری و همچنین بررسی تأثیر این جدایهها به تنهایی و در ترکیب با قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار روی برخی از خصوصیات رشدی گیاه گندم بود.مواد و روشها: پس از تهیه جدایههای قارچی و باکتریایی از موسسه تحقیقات خاک و آّب، که تحت عنوان ریزجانداران محرک رشد گیاهی شناخته شدهاند، شناسایی دقیق هر یک از جدایهها به روش ریختشناسی و یا مولکولی صورت پذیرفت. استخراج DNA ژنومی در قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار به روش تک اسپور و در سایر جدایههای باکتری و قارچی به روش مبتنی بر CTAB انجام گرفت. تکثیر ناحیه ژنی 16S rDNA در جدایههای باکتری، نواحی TEF-1α و ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 در گونههای تریکودرما، ناحیه ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 در Serendipita indica و ناحیه SSU-ITS1-5.8S-ITS2-LSU بهروش آشیانهای در قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار صورت گرفت. طی یک آزمون گلخانهای، تأثیر جدایههای قارچی و باکتریایی به صورت مجزا و ترکیبی همراه و عدم همراه با قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار روی شاخصهای رشدی گیاه گندم از جمله ارتفاع گیاه، وزن خشک هوایی و ریشه، ارتفاع و وزن خوشه و وزن دانه بررسی شدند.یافتهها: بر اساس بررسیهای ریختشناسی و مولکولی، سه گونه از جنس باسیلوس شامل Bacillus velezensis، B. pumilus وB. subtilis و سه گونه از جنس تریکودرما شامل Trichoderma atroviride، T. longibrachiatum و T. harzianum و گونههای S. indica و Rhizophagus irregularis شناسایی شدند.از نظر تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف روی وزن خشک هوایی و وزن خوشه، تیمارهای T. harzianum + R. irregularis و T. longibrachiatum بیشترین وزن را نشان دادند. تیمارهای T. longibrachiatum + R. irregularis و T. atroviride بیشترین تأثیر را روی ارتفاع گیاه نشان دادند. گلدانهای تیمار شده باT. harzianum + R. irregularis، T. harzianum، T. atroviride و S. indica + R. irregularis در مقایسه با شاهد بیشترین افزایش وزن دانه را نشان دادند.نتیجهگیری: تیمارهای قارچی T. harzianum + R. irregularis و گونههای Trichoderma باعث افزایش معنیدار ویژگیهای رشدی گندم گردید. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق استفاده از زادمایه مناسب ترکیبی و تهیه فرمولاسیونهای اولیه برای کاربرد در آزمایشهای مزرعهای جهت افزایش دسترسی مواد غذایی و بهبود رشد گیاه گندم پیشنهاد میشود.

بررسی تأثیر گلومالین در تثبیت ریشه ای سرب در گیاه شبدر همزیست با قارچ رایزوفاگوس ایرگولاریز
سابقه و هدف: تثبیت فلزهای سمی در ریشه گیاهان مایکوریزی از جمله ساز وکارهای حفاظتی قارچ مایکوریزا همزیست در پاسخ به تنش فلزی است. نقش گلومالین به عنوان گلیکوپروتئین اختصاصی دیواره هیف و اسپور قارچهای آربوسکولار مایکوریزا (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi) در ناپویایی فلزهای سمی و کاهش پیامدهای تنش بر گیاه میزبان میتواند قابل ملاحظه باشد. با این پیشفرض هدف این مطالعه بررسی نقش گلومالین تولیدی توسط قارچ رایزوفاگوس ایرگولاریز همزیست با گیاه شبدر در تثبیت ریشهای سرب بود. مواد و روشها: آزمایشی گلدانی در آرایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی شاکل دو فاکتور قارچ (با و بدون قارچ Rhizophagus irregularis) و سطوح سرب (0، 150، 300 و 450 میکرومولار Pb+2) در پنج تکرار طراحی گردید. جهت استخراج گلومالین، نمونههای ریشه با بافر سیترات سدیم 50 میلیمولار (8=pH) به مدت یک ساعت در دمای C˚ 121 و طی سه چرخه پی در پی اتوکلاو شدند. غلظت گلومالین در عصاره استخراجی با استفاده از روش الایزا توسط آنتیبادی مونوکلونال 11B32 تعیین گردید. بعد از رسوب گلومالین، مقدار سرب کمپلکس شده پس از هضم با اسید نیتریک غلیظ اندازهگیری شد. وزن خشک اندامهوایی و ریشه، درصد کلنیزاسیون ریشه، مقدار فسفر و سرب اندامهوایی و ریشه و کارآیی جذب، استخراج و انتقال سرب مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافتهها: با افزایش سطح سرب، وزن خشک اندامهوایی و ریشه گیاهان مایکوریزی و غیرمایکوریزی کاهش یافت. وزن خشک اندامهوایی و ریشه در سطوح 150، 300 و 450 میکرومولار سرب، به ترتیب کاهش 2/11، 9/12، 3/18 و 5/7، 1/18 و 7/36 درصدی نسبت به سطح صفر سرب داشتند. وزن خشک اندامهوایی و ریشه در گیاهان مایکوریزی به ترتیب 9/24 و 2/34 درصد بیشتر از گیاهان غیرمایکوریزی بود. اثر قارچ بر جذب فسفر اندامهوایی و ریشه معنیدار گردید، جذب فسفر اندامهوایی و ریشه در گیاهان مایکوریزی به ترتیب 2/32 و 8/45 درصد بیشتر از گیاهان غیرمایکوریزی بود. سرب جذب شده در اندامهوایی و ریشه در سطوح مختلف سرب و در گیاهان مایکوریزی به طور معنیداری بیشتر از گیاهان غیرمایکوریزی بود. بیشترین مقدار جذب سرب در اندامهوایی و ریشه، در تیمار مایکوریزی سطح 450 میکرومولار سرب بود که افزایش 5/46 و 7/80 درصدی نسبت به تیمار غیرمایکوریزی در این سطح داشتند. در سطوح 150، 300 و 450 میکرومولار سرب، کارآیی جذب گیاهی سرب در گیاهان مایکوریزی افزایش 00/8، 5/14 و 2/49 درصدی نسبت به گیاهان غیرمایکوریزی داشت. اثر سطوح مختلف سرب بر کارایی استخراج و انتقال گیاهی سرب معنیدار شد. با افزایش سطح سرب کارآیی استخراج گیاهی افزایش یافت، بهطوری که سطح 450 میکرومولار نسبت به سطح 150 و 300 میکرومولار افزایش 3/69 و 8/27 درصدی داشت. با افزایش غلظت سرب، از کارایی انتقال گیاهی سرب از ریشه به اندامهوایی کاسته شد. درصد کلنیزاسیون ریشه با افزایش غلظت سرب تا سطح 300 میکرومولار سرب افزایش و سپس در سطح 450 میکرومولار کمی کاهش یافت، اما از نظر آماری تفاوت معنیدار بین سطوح 150، 300 و 450 میکرومولار سرب وجود نداشت. با افزایش غلظت سرب، تولید گلومالین ریشه و مقدار سرب تثبیت شده توسط آن نیز به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت. نتیجهگیری: کلنیزاسیون ریشه گیاه شبدر با قارچ رایزوفاگوس ایرگولاریز منجر به بهبود رشد و تغذیه فسفری گیاهان مایکوریزی نسبت به گیاهان غیرمایکوریزی در شرایط تنش سرب شد. جذب سرب در ریشه گیاه شبدر بیشتر از اندامهوایی بود، بنابراین، گیاه شبدر در تثبیت ریشهای سرب نقش مؤثرتری داشت. همچنین مقدار سرب ریشه در گیاهان مایکوریزی بیشتر از گیاهان غیرمایکوریزی بود که میتواند به دلیل تثبیت سرب در ساختارهای قارچی ریشه باشد. افزایش تولید گلومالین در ریشههای مایکوریزی به عنوان ترکیب اصلی و مؤثر دیواره اسپور و هیف قارچ نقش مهم و کلیدی در تثبیت ریشهای سرب در گیاهان مایکوریزی ایفا میکند.

بررسی اثرات دانش مدیریت تغذیهای کشاورزان بر عملکرد اقتصادی باغهای پسته در استان کرمان
چکیدهسابقه و هدف: دو مسئله افزایش هزینه کاربرد نهاده کود و اثرات زیست محیطی استفاده از آن ها، باعث شده است تا اهمیت دقت در زمان مناسب تغذیه باغها و مزارع کشاورزی روز به روز افزایش یابد. در فعالیت های معمولی کشاورزی، نهاده هایی همچون کودهای شیمیایی، سموم دفع آفات نباتی و آب به صورت یکنواخت و بدون توجه به نیاز واقعی آنها در مزارع و باغ ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. این مساله باعث می شود تا در مواردی استفاده بیش از حد نیاز گیاه باعث افزایش هزینه ها و تاثیرات منفی زیست محیطی شود. این در حالی است که با توجه به تاکیدهای فراوان بر کیفیت و کارآیی تولید غذا، ضروری است تا نهاده ها بر اساس نیازهای واقعی از نظر زمانی و مکانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. در این مقاله، نقش دانش کشاورزان در بهبود برخی اصول صحیح استفاده از نهاده های تغذیه ای ازجمله زمان مناسب تغذیه و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد اقتصادی باغ های پسته استان کرمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه، نخست دیدگاه علمی در خصوص علائم کمبود و زیادبود عناصر غذایی و مدیریت زمان مصرف نهاده کود در باغ های پسته مشخص گردید. سپس دیدگاه و عملکرد کشاورزان در زمینه مدیریت زمان مصرف این نهاده با استفاده از تکمیل پرسشنامه برآورد شده و با مقایسه دیدگاه کشاورزان با دیدگاه علمی، نمره مدیریت تغذیه کشاورزان محاسبه گردید. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از کشاورزان، از روش تکمیل پرسشنامه استفاده شد و با کاربرد روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای، تعداد 100 نفر پسته کار از شهرستان های انار و رفسنجان در استان کرمان انتخاب گردید. با توجه به این که از هر کشاورز، چند قطعه باغ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، تعداد باغ های مورد بررسی 286 باغ میباشد. جهت بررسی عوامل اقتصادی اجتماعی موثر بر دانش کشاورزان و همچنین تاثیر این دانش بر عملکرد کشاورزان، از روش های همبستگی پیرسون، آنالیز واریانس و رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که در زمینه مدیریت زمان مصرف کود و شناخت علایم کمبود و زیادبود عناصر به ویژه عناصر میکرو میانگین دانش پسته کاران پایین می باشد. با این وجود، کشاورزان در سطح یکسانی از دانش قرار نداشته و در این خصوص تفاوتهای زیادی وجود دارد. بررسی عوامل موثر بر سطح دانش کشاورزان نشان داد که تحقیقات و ترویج نقش موثری بر افزایش دانش پستهکاران در خصوص مدیریت زمان مصرف کود داشته است. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که دانش مدیریت زمان تغذیه، بهرهوری استفاده از زمین را بالا برده است. به طوری که، هر یک نمره بالاتر، باعث افزایش عملکرد باغ پسته به مقدار 32/21 کیلوگرم در هکتار میشود. به طوری که، کسی که نمره تغذیهای او 20 باشد نسبت به کسی که نمره تغذیهای او صفر است، عملکرد در هکتاری به مقدار 426 کیلوگرم بالاتر دارد. نتیجهگیری کلی: با افزایش کمی و کیفی آموزش و ترویج، بالا بردن سطح کیفی نیروی انسانی شاغل در بخش کشاورزی، اصلاح دستورالعملهای حفاظت از منابع آب و خاک و اصلاح قوانین پرداخت یارانه، میتوان دانش کشاورزان و تاثیر گذاری این دانش بر بهره وری نهاده کود را افزایش داد. قبل از آن نیاز است تا نوسازی مدیریتی با استفاده از تجربیات موفق دنیا در بخش کشاورزی انجام شود.

مقدمه: فرسایش بادی از عمده معضلات در بسیاری از نقاط جهان به ویژه مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک محسوب میشود و همچنین از عوامل مهم در تخریب و از بین رفتن خاکها به شمار میرود. دو استراتژی کلی برای مقابله با فرسایش بادی وجود دارد. استراتژی اول افزایش مقاومت بستر دارای فرسایش در مقابل عوامل فرساینده و استراتژی دوم کاهش قدرت عوامل فرساینده است. کشت نهال راهکار موثرتری برای کاهش سرعت باد، مقابله با فرسایش بادی و تثبیت شنهای روان است. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر عملیات مدیریتی مکانیکی و بیولوژیکی بر مقدار رسوبات بادی در منطقه تل حمید طبس بود. مواد ور روشها: به منظور تعیین نقش هر یک از عملیات مدیریتی بر میزان فرسایش بادی و کنترل آن، تلههای رسوبگیر در فواصل مختلف بین عاملهای حفاظتی در سه طبقه ارتفاعی نیم، یک و یک و نیم متری سطح زمین نصب شد. تیمارهای حفاظتی شامل T1 (4 ردیف تاغ و سه ردیف گیاه بومی سبط)، T2 (حفرخندق و خاکریز)، T3 (یک ردیف گیاه بوتهای ترات، سه ردیف تاغ و گیاه بومی سبط) و T4 (خاکریز و تراورس کوبی) بودند. سپس متناظر با هر رسوبگیر ، یک رسوبگیر شاهد در مکانی که فاقد اقدامات حفاظتی بود نصب شد. عملیات حفاظتی به مدت سه سال در منطقه اجرا شده بود. پس از این مدت تلههای رسوبگیر در آذر 1394 نصب شدند و با استناد به اطلاعات به روز هواشناسی، مقدار رسوبات پس از هر طوفان (معمولا دو نوبت در هر ماه)، از دی ماه 1394 تا (فصول زمستان و بهار) جمعآوری و وزن شدند. نتایج و بحث: نتایج نشان داد که عاملهای حفاظتی انجام شده در منطقه در کاهش میزان رسوب موثر بودند و تاثیر تیمارهای T1 و T2 در کاهش مقدرا فرسایش بادی به طور قابل توجهی بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. بیشترین کاهش در ارتفاع 5/0 متری دیده شد، بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت عملیات مکانیکی و بیولوژیکی میتواند به طور قابل توجهی سبب جلوگیری از حرکت غلطشی ذرات شن شود. مقدار رسوبات بادی در فصل بهار (به خاطر رطوبت کمتر و وزش باد شدید) بیشتر از فصل زمستان بود. همچنین بیشترین مقدار رسوبات بادی در ماههای اردیبهشت و خرداد و بالعکس کمترین مقدرا در دی ماه مشاهده شد. علاوه بر این در بین عملیات حفاظتی در هر دوفصل یهار وز مستان، کمترین رسوبات مربوط به تیمار عملیت مکانیکی (خاکریز و ایجاد کانال) و بیشترین مقدار نیز متعلق به تیمار عملیات بیولوژیکی (چهار ردیف تاغ و گیاه بومی سبط) بود. زیرا تیمارهای T4 و T3 به عنوان اولین مانع در مقابل باد قرار داشتند و در پشت آنها تیمار T2 قرار داشت که به مسیزان قابل توجهی سرعت باد را کاهش میداد و درنتیجه در هنگام برخورد با تیمار T2 سرعت و انرژی کمی داشت. در نتیجه این امر، مقدار رسوبات در تیمار T2 کمترین مقدرا بود.نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی عملیات مکانیکی و بیولوژیکی مقدرا رسوبات بادی را نسبت به شاهد به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش دادند. بر خلاف دیدگاه عمومی که عملیات مدیریت بیولوژیکی میتوانند فرسایش بادی را کاهش دهند به علت شرایط نامناسب رشد نهال-های تاغ و گیاهان به علت دورههای خشکی و کمبود آب، کارآیی آنها در کاهش سرعت و انرژی باد به ویژه در تیمارهای T1 و T3 بیشتر از عملیات مکانیکی (تیمار T2) نبود. به نظر میرسد نهالهای تاغ در مدت سه سال به اندازه کافی رشد نکرده و اگر برای مدت طولانیتری به رشد خود ادامه دهند ممکن است سبب کاهش قابل توجه فرسایش بادی شوند. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، کاربرد همزمان عملیات مکانیکی و بیولوژیکی برای کنترل فرسایش بادی در مناطق خشک مثل طبس ضروی است.

تأثیر پلیمرها بر میزان رطوبت خاک و برخی شاخص های رشدی گیاه ذرت در شرایط تنش خشکی
سابقه و هدف: پلیمرها از مواد اصلاحکننده خاک هستند که در جهت نگهداشت رطوبت خاک در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک توسعه یافتهاند. این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر مواد پلیمری بر میزان افزایش نگهداشت رطوبت خاک و تأثیر پلیمرهای انتخابی بر برخی صفات رویشی گیاه ذرت در شرایط تنش خشکی بهترتیب در دو مطالعه آزمایشگاهی و گلخانهای انجام شد. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش بهصورت دو مطالعه آزمایشگاهی و گلخانهای مکمل یکدیگر صورت پذیرفت. ابتدا تأثیر 11 تیمار بر اساس نوع و غلظت پلیمر شامل کاراکوت یک و سه %، اکریلیک یک و سه %، پلیوینیلاستات یک و سه %، سوپرآب نیم و یک % و استاکوزورب نیم و یک % و شاهد بدون پلیمر بر تغییرات رطوبتی دو نوع خاک (شنلومی و شنی) در 11 زمان (0، 12 ساعت، 1، 2، 4، 6، 8، 10، 12، 16 و 20 روز) در آزمایشگاه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و چهار تیمار پلیمری برتر برای کشت گلخانهای انتخاب شدند. در این مرحله تأثیر تیمارهای پلیمری (کاراکوت یک و سه % و استاکوزورب نیم و یک % و شاهد بدون پلیمر) در شرایط تنش خشکی (30، 50 و 80 % ظرفیت مزرعهای) بر برخی صفات رویشی گیاه ذرت (تعداد برگ، ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک ساقه و وزن تر و خشک ریشه) به-صورت جداگانه در دو خاک شنلومی و شنی در شرایط گلخانه مطالعه گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای پلیمری باعث افزایش رطوبت هر دو نوع خاک نسبت به نمونه شاهد شدند و پلیمر محلول در آب کاراکوت در غلظت سه درصد (5/18 % نسبت به شاهد شنلومی و 9/35 درصد نسبت به شاهد شنی) و پلیمر غیرمحلول در آب (هیدروژل) استاکوزورب در غلظت یک درصد (8/95 % نسبت به شاهد شنلومی و 4/3 برابر نسبت به شاهد شنی) بیشترین توانایی را از این نظر داشتند. پلیمرهای محلول در آب و هیدروژل سوپر آب در مدت زمان 20 روز بهطور میانگین رطوبت خاک شنلومی را بیشتر از خاک شنی افزایش دادند. اما، هیدروژل استاکوزورب یک درصد از این لحاظ در خاک شنی (1/16 % افزایش نسبت به خاک شنلومی) مؤثرتر بود. رطوبت نمونههای خاک تیمارشده با پلیمر، متناسب با افزایش غلظت پلیمر افزایش یافت. هیدروژل استاکوزورب یک درصد در افزایش زمان ماندگاری رطوبت در خاکهای شنلومی (0-12 روز) و شنی (0-16 روز) موفقتر از سایر تیمارهای پلیمری عمل نمود. در خاک شنی تیمار شده با پلیمر نگهداشت رطوبت در طی زمان و میزان رطوبت نهایی بیشتر از خاک شنلومی بود. تنش خشکی در طول دوره رویشی گیاه ذرت منجر به کاهش تعداد برگ، ارتفاع ساقه، وزن تر و خشک ساقه و وزن خشک ریشه گردید. در مقابل کاربرد هیدروژل استاکوزورب در غلظت یک درصد منجر به بهبود نسبی ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک ساقه ذرت شد. در خاک شنلومی تحت شرایط تنش خشکی هیدروژل استاکوزورب تأثیر قابل توجه و معنیداری (سطح یک درصد) بر وزن تر ساقه ذرت داشت. هیدروژل استاکوزورب یک درصد در تنش کم، متوسط و شدید بهترتیب 29/59، 41/82 درصد و 82/3 برابر وزن تر ساقه را نسبت به نمونه شاهد افزایش داد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، استفاده از پلیمر محلول در آب کاراکوت در غلظت سه درصد و پلیمر غیرمحلول (هیدروژل) در آب استاکوزورب در غلظت یک درصد جهت افزایش و حفظ رطوبت در خاکهای سبک بافت توصیه میشود. بهعلاوه، مواد پلیمری با داشتن ویژگیهایی نظیر طول عمر مفید، کارآیی زیاد در غلظتهای کم و کاربرد موضعی در ناحیه ریشه درختان، میتوانند شرایط مطلوبی را جهت رشد گیاهان در خاکهایی با ظرفیت نگهداری آب کم و در شرایط کم آبی رایج در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک با بارندگی کم و تبخیر زیاد فراهم آورند.

نقش کربن آلی در معدنی شدن نیتروژن، کربن و غلظت برخی عناصر غذایی در یک خاک شور
سابقه و هدف: خاکهای تحت تأثیر نمک، توزیع گستردهای در نواحی خشک و نیمه نیمهخشک از جمله ایران دارند. در خاکهای تحت تأثیر نمک، تغییرات فیزیکی، شیمیائیشیمیایی و بیولوژیکی و نیز پائین بودن مقدار مواد آلی در نتیجه رشد ضعیف گیاه، سبب کمبود عناصر غذائیغذایی مثل مانند نیتروژن و سمیت یونی (سدیم و کلر) میشود. ناچیز بودن پوشش گیاهی در نواحی خشک و شور سبب میشود که بقایای گیاهی کمتری وارد خاک شده و با کاهش مقدار مواد آلی خاک، کم بوده و این امر به کمبود نیتروژن و دیگر عناصر منجر میشودغذایی رخ دهد. یکی از راههای تأمین و افزایش کارائی عناصر برای گیاه در شرایط شور، استفاده از ترکیبات با منشأا آلی است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر سطوح کربن آلی و شوری بر معدنی شدن نیتروژن، کربن و غلظت عناصر غذائیغذایی در خاک بود.مواد و روشها: آزمایشی برای بررسی اثر سطوح کربن آلی از منبع کود گاوی بر معدنی شدن کربن و نیتروژن و غلظت عناصر غذائیغذایی در شرایط شوری خاک در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی (CRD) به صورت فاکتوریل با سه تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتور کود دامی جهت ایجاد سطوح کربن آلی شامل (سطح بدون کربن آلی، سطح 5/1 و سطح 3 درصد کربن آلی) و فاکتور شوری شامل (شوری 5/1، 5/4 و 9 دسیزیمنس بر متر) بود. جهت ایجاد سطوح شوری ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﻲ از ﻧﻤﻚ ﻫﺎی MgSO4.7H2O،NaCl ، Na2SO4 و CaCl2 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖهای 82/41، 91/0، 36/20، 91/36 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. مخلوط حاصل برای هر تیمار جداگانه به ظروف پلی پلیاتیلنی انتقال یافته و در یک دوره 70 روزه، تحت دمای 25 درجه سانتیگراد سلسیوس و رطوبت 70 درصد ظرفیت مزرعه به صورت انکوباسیون قرار داده شدگردید. در طول زمان انکوباسیون در زمانهای 0، 2، 4، 6، 8، و 10 هفته بعد پس از شروع انکوباسیون (به منظور پی بردن به میزان نیتراتسازی با زمان) از هر کدام از تیمارهای آزمایشی نمونهبرداری شده و مقدار آمونیوم و نیترات نمونهها اندازهگیری شد. برای بررسی معدنی شدن کربن، از شروع آزمایش هر هفته مقدار تنفس پایه برآورد گردید. در پایان آزمایش مقدار عناصر پر مصرف و کم کممصرف اندازهگیری شد.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر شوری بر غلظت پتاسیم، سدیم و کلر محلول، غلظت کلسیم، منیزیم و آهن (قابل جذب)، نیترات، آمونیوم و تنفس پایه (p <0.001) معنیدار بود. اثر کربن آلی بر غلظت کربن آلی و نیتروژن کل خاک، غلظت پتاسیم، سدیم و کلر محلول، آهن قابل جذب، نیترات، آمونیوم و تنفس پایه (p <0.001) معنیدار بود. اعمال شوری 9 دسی زیمنس بر متر تنفس پایه، تولید آمونیم و نیترات را به ترتیب 47، 27 و 76 درصد کاهش داد. اما افزودن 3 درصد کربن آلی به خاک پارامترهای فوق را به ترتیب 24، 10 و 37 درصد افزایش داد. اثرات متقابل کربن آلی و شوری بر غلظت سدیم و کلر محلول و آهن قابل جذب (p <0.05)، غلظت پتاسیم محلول و تنفس پایه (p <0.01) و غلظت نیترات و آمونیوم (p <0.001) معنیدار بود.نتیجهگیری: شوری اثر پیامدی منفی بر فرایند معدنی شدن کربن و نیتروژن داشت. کاربرد ترکیبات آلی توانست با ایجاد تعادل در وضعیت عناصر غذائیغذایی شرایط مناسبتری را برای فرایندهای معدنی شدن کربن و نیتروژن ایجاد کند. ترکیبات آلی ممکن است یک منبع آسان کربن داشته باشند که در صورت قرارگیری در خاک، باعث سبب تحریک و افزایش فعالیت میکروبی شده و تا حدودی معدنی شدن کربن و نیتروژن را افزایش می دهند.

ارزیابی کارآیی استفاده و پاسخ ژنوتیپهای مختلف گندم به آهن و روی
سابقه و هدف: یکی از رویکردهایی که از دیرباز مورد توجه بوده اما امروزه اهمیت آن مضاعف شده است، استفاده از ژنوتیپهای کارای گیاهان در جذب و استفاده از عناصر غذایی است. در سالهای اخیر، ژنوتیپهای گیاهی که کارایی بیشتری در استفاده از عناصر غذایی دارند، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و استفاده از آنها رویکرد جدیدی در کشاورزی کم نهاده برای افزایش بازده کودها میباشد. آهن و روی نیز از عناصر کم مصرف و ضروری برای گیاهان است که در تغذیه انسان نیز اهمیت بالایی دارد.. هدف از تحقیق حاضر شناسایی ژنوتیپهای کارا ازنظر آهن و روی بود که بتوان غنیسازی زیستی روی و آهن در محصول گندم حاصل گردد.مواد و روشها: برای بررسی و مقایسه کارایی استفاده و جذب آهن و روی در ژنوتیپهای مختلف گندم نان، آزمایشی در شرایط گلدانی (مخلوط شن و خاک) و بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل 12 ژنوتیپ مختلف گندم و فاکتور دوم شامل چهار سطح کودی بود. ژنوتیپهای گندم نان شامل ان20-87، مروارید، گنبد، فلات، تجن، لاین 7-90، لاین 17-91، آفتاب، قابوس، کوهدشت، کریم و لاین17 بودند. تیمارهای کودی شامل محلول غذایی کامل، محلول غذایی با کمبود آهن، محلول غذایی با کمبود روی و محلول غذایی با کمبود توأم آهن و روی بودند. روی از منبع سولفات روی به میزان صفر (سطح کمبود) و یک میکرومولار (سطح کفایت) و آهن از منبع سکوسترین آهن در دو سطح یک میکرومولار (سطح کمبود) و 100 میکرومولار (سطح کفایت) تأمین گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که کمبود آهن و روی منجر به کاهش معنادار وزن خشک شاخساره و جذب آهن و روی شاخساره ژنوتیپها گردید ولی کارایی استفاده آهن و روی آنها را افزایش داد. تیمار کمبود توأم آهن و روی باعث کاهش بیشتر این شاخصها و افزایش کارایی استفاده آنها نسبت به تیمارهای کمبود تنهای آنها گردید. لاین 7-90 بالاترین کارایی استفاده آهن و لاین 17 و کوهدشت کمترین مقدار را داشتند در حالی که بالاترین کارایی استفاده روی در لاین17و کمترین مقدار آن در ژنوتیپهای کوهدشت، تجن، کریم و قابوس مشاهده گردید. گروهبندی ژنوتیپها به روش گیل و براساس مقدار ماده خشک تولیدی و کارایی استفاده آهن و روی شاخساره نشان داد که ژنوتیپهای لاین 7-90 و ان20-87 بسیار پاسخده بهترتیب از نظر آهن و روی و لاین 7-90 و لاین 17 بهترتیب بسیار کارا از نظر آهن و روی بودند. همچنین ژنوتیپ تجن و ان20-87 برترین و ژنوتیپهای لاین 17 و کوهدشت به عنوان ژنوتیپ ضعیف در جذب و استفاده آهن و روی و تولید ماده خشک شناسایی شدند.نتیجهگیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که رقمهای تجن و ان 20-87 هم پاسخده به کود آهن و روی و هم کارا از نظر استفاده آهن و روی با تولید ماده خشک بالا هستند. بنابراین، برای کاهش هزینههای مصرف کود شیمیایی و خطرات زیست محیطی حاصل از آنها، این رقمها برای بررسی کشت در اراضی حاصلخیز و هم در اراضی کمبازده (کمبود آهن و روی) معرفی میگردد.
