Abstract
A pot study was conducted in order to evaluate the effect of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobia (PGPR) on canola growth and ionic composition under salt stress conditions, was conducted as factorial in randomized complete block design with three replications. salinity in four levels of 0, 3, 6 &9 dS/m were evaluated with mixture of salts NaCl & MgCl2. Canola seeds were inoculated with selected strains (T2: salt tolerance & dissolved insoluble inorganic phosphates, T3: salt tolerance, dissolved insoluble inorganic phosphates & produced ACC-deaminase, T4: salt tolerance, able to produce IAA & high ACC-deaminase, T5: salt tolerance, able to produce IAA, ACC-deaminase & dissolved insoluble inorganic phosphates, T6: only salt tolerance. T7: only salt sensitive), along with uninoculated control (T1). In general, canola growth parameters (except Chlorophyll) & ionic composition (except Na & K) was decreased with the increase in salinity. Results indicated that rhizobia inoculation, significantly(p
